Very Serious Question!!

Please take this serious. I was born with one testicle and have been thinking maybe this is why i cant get good gains at the gym. Been at it since last july and in all honestly i have gained maybe 2lbs. My diet is really good and my training is with a friend who has been doing it for years. (even he doesnt know why i havnt responded better) I swear i put on fat easily but muscle isnt coming and i eat a 40/40/20 split at 3000-3200 calories I was thinking the cause is low testorone? Maybe i have very low test. What can i take? i was thinking maybe a natty test booster? like testopro? or t-911? Any help would be great and also if you think this is my problem please let me know any sugestions. im 5'10" 178lbs at 16-17% bf 20 years old
 
i would get blood work. also raise your fat to 30% of your diet. use good fats.i brought my fat down to 10% once had alot of problems.you need fat for test.
 
And if my understanding is correct, only 1 of the testicles is responsible for most of your sperm and testosterone production, the other serves as a backup. Lance Armstrong has one testicle and look at his athletic performance...
 
we have a lot of very athletic women with no testicles. but they dont get big :p

i would think your one testicle would take over the job of the other as the body is very good at adapting but i dont really think any product will make the difference. id talk to your doctor and see what he can tell you
 
sure a test booster would help, but before you jump the gun and psych yourself out (confidence effects more than half your motivation and how hard you push yourself), consider that your friend may have a different body type. there's ectomorph, endomorph, and mesomorph body types, and not everyone falls into one of those three categories. there's also a ecto/endo blend, etc, though i suspect you are a mesomorph or meso/endo. while i'm not sure how a mesomorph should train, i do know you should train for how your body is set up.

consider making a new thread for mesomorph training tips, or search around a bit. IMO. find out your body type here before making the thread however : Invalid Link Removed
 
I think its the feedback loop that is more important. I wouldn't be surprised if you've normal test levels. You might have an increased risk of something going wrong (cancer stuff) in the future. Hey everything has risk.

I don't think you've low test, but find out.
 
get bloodwork done to make sure your theory is correct. if it is, either the doc can put you on real test, or you can take some powerful stacks like DTP with Testopro. if you arent gaining weight, you obviously arent eating enough. you grow in the kitchen. EAT MORE.
