That's when I actually feel it.. Haha.. It's not always like that.. Mainly on my heavy days and since I train at 530 it helps a lot.. I usually don2 scoops of micro but I'm out of micro...

The Small Chocolate cookies is:
Organic Flour
1 Egg
1 Egg White (Stiffened)
Almond milk
Baking Powder

I made very thin layers in a muffin trey so they made small circles when baked, then covered the protein pudding inbetween and folded them together.

Very simple. Very easy.

I'm not talking about a sweet as in candy. Sweets as in they taste sweet (or I assume they do)

It's the sweet taste that gets me, I can't handle it for some reason.
