Versa-1 IC Release Shipment Receipt Confirmation

Congrats guys!! Does the tracking number you guys received work yet?? Just wondering...even though you got it. If that is the case, guess ups didn't scan them, or something along those lines.

Thanks for keeping track! Interestingly enough, wonder if those of us that ordered on the 8th are the ones that had our shipment go to the wrong facility.

To those that have their packages, please let us know if your tracking number works. It has now reached the 48 hour mark after they sent it to me a second time and mine still doesn't work on the site UPS provided or through USPS. They said it would work by now at the latest.

I'm just as furious that they sent an email with a time frame for tracking and numbers are not tracking. This has created a poor reflection upon my company and your frustrations are felt.

We are pushing ups hard. I understand that usplabs is ultimately responsible. The ic list is our heartbeat.

When everyone gets their Versa-1 and start making ridiculous gains, people will laugh about this event. Then we will all sit in our computers refreshing the web page trying to get in on the next IC Release. You got the goods and we ALL want it.

Come on folks. If you received your shipment, share with us. Let the good news flow !!!

We'll attempt to make it right and planning it with more contests(giveaway) and with the next ic release. I just need everyone to receive before pushing forward again....

I ordered the first night as well and havnt gotten anything and the tracking doesnt work either.

Also knowing how good the product is and the fact im wanting to run it makes it even worse but its no biggie, itll get here when it gets here.
 
I never even got a conformation email for ordering, a tracking number, or anything from ups/usps! At least you guys got a tracking number working or not.

Probably Tuesday. Post office is closed on Monday.

Now don't everyone start blaming USP Labs because Monday is a Federal holiday !

I didn't get anything either, but I am not going to worry about it. Not yet anyway.
 
Thanks USPLabs rep. Please keep the heat on UPS, they have now broken their word a second time. I am in the military and if I had such poor integrity, I would lose my career. I am a very understanding guy, but when I am bull face lied to, I will ensure everyone is aware of the kind of company they run. (talking about UPS, not USP!).

I just want a working tracking number, accountability, and no more misinformation. Thanks for doing what you can usp and I look forward to versa

Props to USP Labs for offering a refund for something which appears to be a problem of the delivery company.

I ordered my kit on the friday it closed. I ordered it early in the morning. Received the package today. The box was originally shipped UPS-MI which delivers to local USPS. The tracking number on the sticker does match my email tracking number. HOWEVER, there is a USPS sticker with a USPS tracking number that is completely different than the UPS tracking number. This USPS sticker is placed right on top of the UPS tracking sticker covering the UPS tracking number. Make sense?

The tracking numbers we received via email are USPS tracking numbers.

Noticed a few people also posting on fb confirming their orders arriving. If not today, Tuesday/Wednesday looks to be Christmas for most. Versa-1 is about to change the game fellas. It's coming!

Thanks for at least attempting to 'MAKE IT RIGHT" as this overture is all people wanted from the beginning. It's the right thing to do as USPLabs supplements are some of the best, and most expensive supplements on the market. I've personally spent almost $180.00 on just USPLabs supps in the last couple months and at this price-point, taking care of loyal customers is good business.

I'm going to send my buddy in Germany a couple supplements so samples are always appreciated by Air force folk, thanks!
 
ordered mine day after release and nothing. tracking doesnt work. Guy at work ordered friday and he got his today. He lives 7 miles away from me. We are in TN. not sure why he orders after me and gets his before me. Oh well, maybe tuesday. DOnt forget no mail on monday
 
No shipment, tracking number not working

I ordered the day of the release.
I haven't got the shipment yet.
The tracking number I got from Albert was no good.
I put the tracking number in the link and it returned a new blank tracking page.
A dead tracking number. Anyone else have this?
That leaves me with no info guys.

I have emailed USP Labs and got no response so far.
 
I received my order today. Not bad for this shipping method, so I'm sure USPLabs did a quick job of getting orders out. The last time I used free shipping -- G*n*c order took 16 days to reach me.
This took only 9 days.

This is the message I get when I put the tracking number into USPS tracking link.

I get the same message when I input it into the usps site.

Yeah these tracking numbers do not work apparently, and I doubt they ever will. Tuesday I'm going to call both UPS and USPS and see if they have any evidence of me having anything en route. Right now, I'm starting to think that some of ours just got 'lost' and we won't see them. Not at the fault of USP Labs but UPS. But regardless, its irritating. I am happy to hear others are getting their packages and please also let us know if your tracking information has worked or is working.
