Versa-1 IC Release Shipment Receipt Confirmation

With everybody so upset can I assume that we are going to be logging.

I will be and it's going to be my first log ever
 
Wow, seems like guys here are split down the middle about who is at fault, some are upset and some are not. My opinion? As in life, I'm sure BOTH parties played a part in this debacle with neither willing to admit total fault. Free shipping was nice, but I would have PAID to get this as promised.
I worked at Fedex for 10 years and find it hard to believe that full pallets of product could be "forgotten" or "misplaced". Heck, 1/2 dozen people are normally charged with going through the sort to look for any loose packages! If this is truly the fault of UPS, somebody's head should roll.
When somebody makes a mistake, there should be repercussions for that mistake, financial or otherwise, that's the only way people "learn" from them, when your company looses thousands of dollars you probably won't make that same mistake again. For UPS to make such a large mistake and not to THEN put all shipments on the first thing smoking is inexcusable. 5-7 MORE days, in addition to the 5-7 days already promised? Not good. The shipping companies have aircraft that leave sort facilities every night!

UPS just choose not to fix their mistake.When a mistake is made, SOMEONE needs to appear to be trying to fix the problem and offer something as an "apology", ANYTHING would make someone feel better, but to just say a mistake was made and then not offer any consolation for the mistake is not good business. When the Planet held on to my order with them for a little too long, I called them and they IMMEDIATELY shipped it AND offered me a substantial discount on my next order to make the issue right! Needless to say, I will stay a loyal customer because they bent over backwards to MAKE THE ISSUE RIGHT. They could have just said, "your order will ship when it ships and you have to like it!" but they fixed it immediately and apologized for the oversight.

USPLabs, I am sure everyone (IC members) would appreciate a gesture, free samples or SOMETHING to negate any negative feelings and then you can take it out of UPS *ss! :-)

Wow, after my long rant above, I get home to find I got my order! Mind you, still have no information in the tracking # I was given, oh well long as I got it. I posted a picture, along with my order from the Planet which came in the same time!!

That's fine but then why would we be given tracking numbers 5 days ago that still don't work? That is either UPS messing up or USPLAbs being extremely shady. I am not trying to place false blame but someone needs to be accountable for this and right now it seems UPS doesn't care in the least and USPlabs is just blowing it off as 'meh blame ups we did our part, good luck guys'. Its just pissing me off that people have been given false information and tracking numbers that don't exist and conflicting information.

Ok. Check it out. The reason yours or anyone else's tracking numbers are not working is because they are only shipping label confirmation numbers. This means the warehouse has created a shipping label for your package through their UPS client software indicating a desire to send something but that does not mean that it has been actually placed on your package or picked up by a carrier or sent out of the warehouse. The shipping label is probably sitting in an outgoing shipments folder and the warehouse employees are waiting on the actual product from the manufacturing end so they can box it, attach the shipping label, and then wait for the next UPS truck to come pick it up, which for any large distributer like USPLabs would be twice daily AM and PM. THE WAREHOUSE IS WAITING FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE SENT TO THEM FROM THE MANUFACTURING SIDE. When these shipping labels are created they are assigned a specific tracking number from UPS but the creation of the tracking number does not mean it has been shipped. That could take days to process

So it sounds as if I will be waiting ANOTHER week from today for my delivery if this is the case. Not worth my time anymore.

They deserve a break. IF you want a refund, ship the product back upon recieving it and get your money back. Youll be the ones missing out.

So this makes sense but isn't this a completely different explanation than what has been said so far, by USP reps? If they had said in the first place (and assuming it is true) that at least some of the orders were still in the pipeline from mfg to shipper (and then to customer), wouldn't that have been better than all of the bs and dissemlbing that has taken place here?
 
I am happy to hear others have gotten their items! Did you guys get the email from the guy at ups apologizing and saying 5 to 7 days? Tracking info legit or showing up? Eitherr way happy for ya guys

I agree. And I love their products, so I will stick with USPLabs.
 
No, what is ridiculous is to blindly accept USP's explanations (or lack thereof) for the "shipping" issue. Even if it is not truly their fault, they should at least give a true explanation backed with supporting evidence. No just a blanket statement washing their hands of fault.

And of course it is USP's fault their servers crashed. They own the hardware (or lease) and are the ones that hyped the product...how on earth could it not be their fault?

UPS sent an email to all our customers explaining the fault.If that's not acceptable, I can only accept your frustrations.
It's our fault but out of our control.
Anyone that would like to return the product. We will sendyou an email with a UPS call tag and the money will be refunded.

Well, if what you say is true, then obviously UPS doesn't even have our packages. What is really going on???
 
USPLabs emailed me today saying they were shipped yesterday and will take an additional 4-6 days for delivery... Please start offering different shipping options on your products so I know exactly when my package is expected.

I have, and I am happy for them. But it seems some other people's orders just got lost in the shuffle, especially considering they are not accounted for.
 
Well, I ordered on the 10th. The sales rep told me not to worry it was shipped. I still haven't got any confirmation of it being shipped. I guess I have to wait a little longer. Still don't want a refund though. Usp products works, so I will be patient.
 
Likewise, I ordered on the 8th after battling their website on and off throughout the day. Not that I minded that, I expected it... all I want is some accountability for our orders. Right now, I've had the same tracking number that does not work for 5 going on 6 days and many different explanations of what happened. So whatever the case may be, it would be nice if we had some proof of our packages being out there and en route. We were assured they were en route before last weekend. Don't want a refund either, just some kind of proof that our packages are out there on their way.
 
All of our packages were shipped out last week. However, there was a mix-up at the UPS warehouse which caused them to be put in the wrong sort facility. This then caused the packages to be delayed. All of the packages were shipped out yesterday and given an estimated time of 4-6 business days to arrive. UPS also indicated that it might take 24 hours to track your package online through UPS “Mail Innovations”.

Thanks for posting that..well, hey, the latest we will all have our versa is next Thursday then. Won't be too confident in that until my tracking number works.

This thread is unreal.... Can't believe all the negativity surrounding a package with free shipping taking 10-14 days to arrive. Sounds like a few of you "men" need some test boosters and a dose of patience. I urge you guys to not abandon ship on this product.... It will be well worth your wait. In the mean time, get your stacks and your snacks ready. The latest and greatest supp is on the way. Get ready to grow.
 
Well I'm glad to hear that it sounds like you guys got this all worked out. I was only offering my perspective as a warehouse super and the experience I received while under that employ. It seems that USPLabs is taking responsibility for this snafu and they deserve respect for having the integrity to communicate with their customers and offer full refunds with return shipping paid for. Really should stuff some swag in your mailboxes for the mixup though, just my opinion. And for all those saying free shipping is free shipping, I would still be upset if free shipping took two weeks, then again I'm a very discerning customer

Again, most of us don't care too much about the wait. Its the faulty tracking numbers and lack of accountability for our orders that is irritating.

Very true. I think we will all feel better when we have tracking information that works. What really is getting me concerned about the integrity of either USPLabs or UPS, still not too sure who is really accountable here with the different stories, is that anything that has been told to me about where my package is or when the tracking will be updated HAS NOT HAPPENED. Not one bit of it. Waited 24-48 hours after I received my tracking info...yes, still nothing. Waited again on Thursday when the same tracking number was sent to me again and still nothing on either UPS's Mail integrations site or USPS's site with the tracking information.

Something is not right.
 
You know USP will take a big PR hit on this. The sup market is controlled mainly by word of mouth. The last thing any company needs is to piss off their customer base on such a large scale. I have a feeling the logs from a lot of customers will be more critical. I'm not overly find of how they have handled this with such a higher than mighty attitude. Plenty of sup companies offer basically the same thing under a different name, this will be no different. I will be a little more hesitant before I order from them or one of their products. I'm a customer and more than old enough to know they have totally botched this up and simply passing blame isn't good enough. Hell, they are just a small private company who has to depend on all of us to keep their doors open. If you get ****ty service in a restaurant do you keep going back?
 
I don't want USPlabs to take a PR hit unless they deserve it. Right now I will reserve that judgement and give them the benefit of the doubt. However, if my tracking number doesn't work after 6 and a half days of getting it, which will be the case this afternoon, and still no sign of my package existing, I will go from irritated to pissed for being lied to in regards to tracking info available after 24 to 48 hours. If my package is not here by next week, then I will feel jipped by USPLabs and while I don't want a refund, I just want proof that my order is en route.

Any one of us who purchased this product on its release were members of a loyality group ( Inner Circle) and as such wether or not we have been totally happy with the process we must show them some loyality. They could have very easily said let's release this to the stores and make a killin instead of basically giving it away to us!

I hope everyone enjoys their versa when they receive it. I know I will. And if you guys would like I am going to start my first log ever when I receive mine.
 
Its a supplement, its not a critical package i need right now. I will just wait patiently and start it when it gets here.
 
I will admit I have been a bit impatient but take into account all the hype, all the word of mouth advertising we all did to get this product recognized (some nice free advertising for USP, smart lol!), being charged immediately after getting my order in on the 8th, and now only having a tracking number that doesn't work, almost two weeks later. That is understandably going to get under people's skin.

We want accountability for our orders. Right now, we have none. That is not an unrealistic expectation, ESPECIALLY this long after ordering.

I live in KS so shipping may have been a little quicker than for those that reside on the coasts... my tracking number hasn't had any updates but I did receive my package. I'm sure they will be showing up soon fellas. Keep calm and Lift on.

Very small sample size so take it for what it's worth. People who posted so far, stating that they received their shipment, ordered their Versa-1 kit couple days after the release.
 
My wife just texted me that mine just arrived. I'll check the shipping numbers when I get home. I live in NJ BTW, and I ordered on the second day.

Any one of us who purchased this product on its release were members of a loyality group ( Inner Circle) and as such wether or not we have been totally happy with the process we must show them some loyality. They could have very easily said let's release this to the stores and make a killin instead of basically giving it away to us!
