I like the FP better also. They're both pretty good though lol
 
The combo is the best! But I think FP stand alone is better than RL.

I typically like Lemonade flavors much more than FP but there is something about Alphamine that has me really liking FP more than RL...mixing them tho is still the best irregardless.

The raspberry lemonade alphamine tastes fantastic...PES did a great job with that one.

I haven't tried the FP unfortunately...I'll definitely grab one down the road. I just have so many supplements in FP right now haha so it was a nice change.

I'm overloaded with FP as well...and I'm generally not a fan. PES and USP seem to have nailed it though and I actually enjoy the taste. I do have watermelon Modern BCAA+ arriving today, which I'm probably more excited about than I should be lol.

I'm thinking about grabbing a tub of both soon. I'll probably start FP TP in a few days, make the switch to BR when it arrives (or mix them), and use the rest of my FP during my cut. Enhanced will be used ASAP and I'll follow it up with BR micro.

I actually got try it and have a review posted. It's a very solid product IMO. Not sure if you noticed, but it contains both V-1 ingredients at different amounts.

I've been doing 2 scoops @ 7am, and 2 scoops @ 2pm - have been curious about doing 1 scoops around 7pm.. just to get me through the evening cravings.. Not worried about sleep as I am very much used to ECA stack + mega stims lol

Only flavor I have tried is fruit punch.

I am also using USA version with the Hig/Yohimbe. I am not sure the other version without would be anywhere near as good?

I've done 2 and 2 consistently in the past, but haven't gone over that...I know I could handle more though.

RL is great too, but not quite as good IMO.

I'm not sure how the results would differ, if at all. I haven't seen a lot of feedback on the international version.

Day 53

Today was spent out of the gym, which has me feeling refreshed.

Fasting was a little challenging for the first part of the day, but I got through it with a little help from Alphamine (took Versa-1 with it this morning). I'm looking forward to getting back in the gym tomorrow, which will also make the morning fast easier for me.

They couldn't have shown up at a better time, as I was getting ready to make a carb heavy meal. I had AP and Modern BCAA+ before/with my food. A couple of the new aminos in MBCAA+ have potential benefits with carbs (I need to research this more), so it was a nice to have both before sitting down to this...

brown rice pasta, ground beef (grass fed), sun dried tomato/basil chicken sausages, mixed peppers, organic marinara, mozzarella cheese



The Watermelon MBCAA+ gets a big thumbs up in the taste department. I thought the flavor was done very well and found it quite refreshing. It reminded me of a watermelon supp I've had in the past, but I haven't figured out which one. I plan to use it before my fasted training sessions and occasionally at other times during my fast as well.


I'll be having my final phase 2 leg workout tomorrow, so the volume and intensity will be at a new high.
 
I love watermelon flavors....you had CORE ABC Watermelon right? How does it compare?

I have, but it's been quite a while. The last tub of White Cherry was my first in over a year. Maybe Core ABC was what it reminded me of?...I thought it was good either way.

Maybe they'll have samples available one day. Either way someones been doing a good job flavoring stuff for USPlabs lately.

They could. I had a bunch of the regular FP. I'll send you a couple scoops just in case ;). I agree. I've been impressed with everything they've come out with (that I've tried).

It's all good I just wondered if they're as expensive there as they are here lol 5$ for 4 bagels!! I was blown away. I thought the wraps were pricey lol. I'm not giving the wraps up though

I think I had 5 for $5? Yeah sucks. I'm going to a different store tomorrow, Earth Fare to see what they have. I can walk there, that's how I'll justify spending the $$ lol

That's why I started using the waffles for egg sandwiches too. I think they're $2 a box.
