Ya I reread the 12 week program I have...I think the shoulder workouts would murder me after how crazy his chest workout already is. Wide grip overhead press at the very end?? I'm not sure I could even do the bar by then. :lol:

Haha yup I just do light incline presses then focus on the other lifts, I'm about pressed out by then lol.

Day 51

Thought I'd mention that I've been feeling fantastic lately. My daily energy and mood have been up the last couple weeks (started improving after I got over infection) and it's been consistently great. I felt similar during my beta run with V-1, so I think it probably has something to do with it. I can't be sure, but perhaps the Forskolin also has a part in this. My solid workouts have been adding to how I feel as well.

My back is sore, but it's not too bad at all. It doesn't seem like DOMS will be increasing at this point.

Supplementation

VERSA-1: 1 cap pre workout

Compound 20: 2 pre workout, 2 caps 7 hours later

Forskolin-95: 1 cap morning (immediately after waking up), 1 cap pre workout, 1 post workout, 1 cap pre bed (100mg total)

Pre workout mix: 2 scoops Jack3d Micro/1 sample Modern BCAA

ALCAR-500: 2g pre workout

Agmatine 500: 1 cap pre workout, 2 caps before post workout meal

Awesome workout today. I was very happy with the way everything went from start to finish. Strength/endurance were noticeably improved and my focus was at a high level as well. Being the end of phase 2; I had the volume and intensity cranked up.

Versa-1 does great for my mood. I forget what day I noticed it. I did point it out in my log. It was like a switch. I think it started after week 2 at some point an I just felt amazing an my personality improved where my normal jokester self was enhanced. I love it!!

Nice session breezy..,and there's now way i could do phase 2 chest/shoulder split lol phase 1 was bad enough I can't imagine more sets of anything on chest day

That's what I was thinking. I'm undecided what I'll do next time around. I've been holding on to those wide grip presses for phase 3...next week :)

Thanks Dan. Yeah, phase 1 wouldn't be bad, but as the volume goes up it would be nuts. I can't imagine making it through 16 sets of chest and having a very productive shoulder workout. By the time I got to a destroyer set, I'd just be flapping my arms (with no weights), looking like I was pretending to fly on the incline bench lol.

Lol no doubt. By then end of chest day last week it hurt to climb in my truck and drive home. Next day was probably the worst doms I've ever had. Except for maybe from legs but that's a completely different beast. There's absolutely no way I could do shoulders after that. I was already only using 10's on the 6 ways on a solo shoulder day lol

Went out and it was 15 today, probably 8 with the windchill & a few inches of snow. I don't have many winter clothes either. Trader Joes is a little different over here than CA.

That must feel extra cold coming from CA haha. Looks like you need to do some clothes shopping. I can't stand it and stick to online. Is "different" a good or a bad thing? I know some of what they carry varies depending on what part of the country it's located.
 
Ya I know others probably wanted to get more than one but it should still be very affordable even after the insider. I've seen one place has it for $29 once they get it. Solid price IMO.

I weighed 217bs (+3bs from day 1) this morning. My weight has been pretty steady, but I believe my appearance is slowly tightening up.

I have some DOMS in my chest, but nothing crazy. Feels good lol.

My mood continues to be great along with my energy.

Funny you mention that; it felt pretty cool actually. I threw on my hoodie right after and got out of the gym fast. As I started my car I could feel my arms continuing to expand to the point where it almost affected my driving. It ended up being one of the longer lasting arm pumps I've experienced.

It was great, especially after a year+ without any. I'll probably have some again tomorrow.

Meat options are a nice plus. They've got a pretty good selection here. There's a ton of gluten free stuff, but the bread options are limited.

Haha I'm not sure what they have for wine...I've never even noticed it lol. I actually haven't drank at all since I got sick a couple years ago.

I hear ya.. I typically do fasted workouts as well. And days off can be much harder. That said Alphamine has made a significant difference.
