VERSA-1™ "Muscle | Mind Project " // ENTER for Info & Giveaway!!

For the guys that took this. How much would you guys think that this will be sold for? And how much do you think this is worth paying for after seeing all the results you guys had?

Honestly after following 20-30 logs i have noted the same things

Those who were cutting
- Very hard to lose weight
- Even without losing weight or gaining a pound or two they got leaner
- Appetite and Hunger Increased
- Mood increased, and energy increased
- Pump increased/more vascular

Bulking
- Most bulking logs added 8-10 pounds during their run of 1 bottle (some more)
- Stayed the same leanness or got leaner
- Minor dieuretic effects (Some had bathroom problems)
- Increased Appetite
- Greater Pump/Focus
- IMproved Vascularity/muscle hardness

^^^Just read that over and over. That is a dream come true to most in 30 days.

Not to mention what a 60 day run would bring to the table.
Let the pictures do the talking,
USP Labs struck gold...

Cant wait for the IC Deal to do my 2 bottle run..

sounds great for a recomp but for those who really need to drop pounds, this might not be for them it sounds like

Like for someone trying to make a certain weight class? I think it would be a great option for anyone looking to drop "fat".

Here's how I see it. If you have the self discipline to not add calories to fight off hunger, then it's beautiful for fat loss.

Yes, by most peoples definition a recomp is adding muscle while losing fat and it's awesome for that. If in a deficit calorie wise fat loss would be accelerated and the pathway in which Versa-1 built muscle would be slowed down. However, as we all know muscle mass burns more calories than fat (the more muscle mass you have the faster your metabolism is in theory) this accelerating fat loss even more.

Just bc lbs on the scale isn't dropping, doesn't mean you're not losing fat. If weight classes are a concern, then perhaps there could be issues.

Well considering that the IC release of VERSA-1 is going to be like...

I'd imagine that there will probably be a 1 per person limit on the IC release package.
But ya know...I haven't heard for sure. :p

I Ran a bottle of versa-1 as a beta tester, first thing I noticed and it was obvious for me was the mental clarity when dosed preworkout with stimulants. Clear, focused workouts with great energy.

So it has a nootropic effect? and you say this came when combined with stims? or you notice without the use of stims added as well?

I don't agree

#MuscleMindProject (Log LINKED ABOVE):
Versa-1 has placed a new stamp on the market. I have hit PR after PR. Being a 39 year old makes it even sweeter. No one ever believes me when I tell them how old I am. People always ask if I play football. The looks I get in the gym are astounding beige they hardly believe I'm putting up the weight I lift.
I suffered no injuries. I moved from another state during this run while working in two different offices, while taking. Care of my now 11 month old and wife. Also selling a home in Va while purchasing a home in Pa. Minimal workouts but smashing PR after PR. Sleep improved, strength increased and swag went through he roof. Anyone can benefit from this product. It doesn't matter the goal. It works if your cutting, bulking or recomp. It can be used in any scenario.

I benched upwards three times a week and hit 405 for up 5 reps on the flat/decline and a single on the incline. Prior to use I was losing strength and felt weak. After taking Versa-1 all that changed and I stepped up my Benching/squatting and deadlifting. I'm getting more dense and workouts more intense. My swag is back and even post Versa -1 I'm still getting it in and hitting PR's.

Saturday: Trap/Delt
Side/front/rear laterals 30x12
Shrugs: 225x8x2
Incline Bench: 135x8, 225x8, 315x8, 405x1 (Revisted PR)

Today I hit:
Pulldowns: 4x8
Smith pull: 4x8
DB rows: 70, 80, 90, 100, 110 (PR), 120(PR)
Flat Bench: 135x20, 225x15, 315x12, 405x4
Cardio: 20min

Lets get it!

You can add Synergy with Stimulants...hence the Muscle|Mind...

There is also thermogenesis in the mix.

You might not agree but explain why and if u read further down distilled explained and freezing accepted his explanation. It's ok to disagree with a person but give them your reasoning to further educate them

I can't speak for sourdough but I'm pretty sure it's bc he was able to cut a good amount of bf using the product , of course, that was his focus though.

I had the opportunity to test Versa-1 and was beyond impressed. Its versatility is truly second to none, making it the most impressive supplement that I've used to date. I really can't think of another supplement that compares to it and would be hard-pressed to come up with a stack that would produce similar effects/results.

I went into my run on a lean bulk and after the first week, noticed that I was already leaning out. I brought up my calorie total considerably, which resulted in zero fat gain over the final 3 weeks of supplementation. Muscle fullness and vascularity were also notably improved throughout the 30 days, which had me more vascular than I'd ever been. Veins were popping up in areas that previously had none (even when leaner), while others gained significant prominence. I finished my bottle of Versa-1, up a total of 3.2lbs, with my appearance looking a little tighter than when I started. According to my calipers, I actually shed a small amount of body fat in the process.

The ergogenic benefits of Versa-1 were just as, if not more impressive, than its effects on body composition. The progress I made in the gym topped what I was able to accomplish the few months prior. It helped me break through several plateaus and had me setting new PR's with each workout. The increase in strength endurance was on par with the strength gains as well. I could complete a workout with just about the same level of strength that I had walking into the gym.

Added energy, focus (mental clarity), and overall feeling of well-being, were some of the other noted benefits of Versa-1. I went through each day feeling fantastic and the same things that normally had me worn out were completed with energy intact. This carried over to the gym, which lead to consistently great workouts. I was entering the gym with my confidence at an all-time high and my results only added to this feeling.

Final Pics (12 hours post V-1 dosing): dark shorts

Final Weight: 210.2lbs (+3.2lbs)

Just curious, how much did you raise your kcals during your run while adding nearly what it looks like 3 pounds of pure LBM? Outstanding work man!

Damnn nice breezy no homo lol

Lol thanks man.

Thanks Solution. My caloric intake varies a good amount throughout the week, based on my activity level. The first week I averaged about 5200 cals and the following weeks were around 5900 cals. I actually hit 7000 cals at one point. I would normally lean bulk, eating 4700-5400 calories daily, unless my activity level calls for more (which is rare).

Diet dictates whether you gain or lose, it has very little to do with what supplements you are taking.

Exactly

And although diet will dictate which way results will go... I know there is no way I would have achieved exactly what I did without the outside assistance that Versa-1 provided.

almost 6000 calories?
Mind = Blown

whats a normal day of eats/diet look like for you?

I loved this stuff!

I was one of the first batch of tester for this! I broke many pr's throughout its use. I ended up losing 2 pounds but my weight fluctuates all the time. I felt super hungry all the time and ate like a horse! I also felt pumped up for days after a workout, even on off days! I recommend everyone try this stuff out!!

What kind of sides did you notice, and how long/what dose did you run it at?

Also, who was the tester that went from 264 to 280lbs? Would like to ask them a few questions.

Definitely will be scooping some of this up on innercircle. I've heard too many great things to pass it up.

Haha That's correct. I was over 6000 quite a few times, but my intake usually drops by a good amount on the weekends.

I always start my day with a massive breakfast, that's usually at least 2000 calories. Some typical foods that would be included are eggs, chicken sausage, turkey bacon, steak, roast beef hash, Ezekiel English muffins, pancakes ("regular", sweet potato, broccoli, spinach), potatoes, waffles, cereal (sometimes 6-8 cups lol), almond butter/milk, and light cream cheese. I can end up eating more by 6am than some people do all day haha.

When working, I usually have 4 sandwiches (chicken or turkey on Ezekiel bread) for lunch and Quest/VPX bars as snacks throughout the day.

After work (pre workout), cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, chicken sausage, and GlycoMyx were had the majority of the last month. Immediately after my workout I have a big whey/GlycoMyx shake.

My main dinner was consistently chicken breast and a ton of veggies with EVOO.

I actually have a bunch of food pics throughout my log. Here's a few examples of what I ate during my run.

Invalid Link Removed was the tester who gained that weight. I just got more dense and stronger. I already stand at 6'5", 350. I don't want anymore weight. Just getting more defined now! I'm not your average 350 either! Don't get it twisted.

Breezy, Salute! your pics are beast and results are sick. Those meals would last me a week. I couldn't eat one plate in a sitting yet I still do what I do. Just goes to show you how everyone is different in their nutritional needs and workouts. Job well done Breezy!

Not seeing anyone with that username.. really curious as to his dosing etc.. as I'm trying to get as close to 300lbs as possible, and I can not break past 260 to save my life lol...

I've gone from 6'7" 158lbs back in 2003 and fluctuate between 250 and 260 now.

Thanks HP! I appreciate the kind words man. I agree, what works for one might not be ideal for others. I definitely require more food than most. Your results are very impressive as well...PR's and more PR's!

I believe all testers stuck to the recommended 1 cap per day.

Not sure if this was asked, but would this be a good addition to a PCT? For example, add Versa-1 to Clomid and a product like Reboot.

Anything that's gonna give you an advantage and that's not suppressive, can only be a good thing..so my guess is yes. The answer is yes.lol.
