I eat a lot of squash and cruciferous veggies while cutting (now) but the bloat and fatigue is definitely uncomfortable. My ideal diet is pretty much the same as Kronic's above, minus the liver which I just can't handle the taste of (beef liver pills work ok for nutrition). Pure carnivore or keto definitely reduces bloat and gives me a ton of mental energy but it's often too much energy and leads to insomnia, and I've never been able to gain much strength on it.
