The ingredient list looked solid so decided to get a jar, will start running it once Im done with the current pre workout.

Would like to ask some questions to make a better use of it first.

1)How much time in advance the compound has to be taken to give the best result and how long the effect is gonna last more or the less?

2)Adding some bcaa to the mix may help or it could disturb the absorpion of the other ingredients?

3)Does it need to be cycled to avoid the body getting used to it therefore reducing the pump inductive effect?
