A couple of decades for me
 
I have to admit I just turned 34 and I'm happy with it. I don't think I would want to go back to the teens/twenties. I digging the 30's.

Feeling swoll
10min warm up/plate work
15,12,10,10,10
Arnold's
Lateral raises
Side raises
One arm rows
Two arm rows
Shrugs
Military press standing and seated
Over head press
Back
15,12,10,10,10 only did 3 exercises
Dead lift

I wish my joints felt like they were 18. But flexible does a great job at keeping me pain free. Still not like I was at 18 but I ve been hard in my joints. Really hard.

I am in my 40's, no complaints...the only thing I miss is my hair.....now back to the show!

26 is young I guess but I'm not like these 18-21 year olds thinking there hot $hit lol but yea I make the most of my time $hit if I could I'd trade a few of you some years I wouldn't mind being in my mid 30's
 
Almost 40. I miss good joints. Wait never had those.

Our not the only one. I sat on here for like an hour and none showed up. Lol.

I ve been just using the web pag instead of the mobile app unless I am posting photos.

I only have issues occasionally with it. Usually rebooting the app and waiting a few minutes solves it
 
Kinda late but on Monday I did
Plate warm ups 5mins
Then 15,12,10,10,10 of all exercises
Chest press
Fly machine
DB press
Close grip DB press
DB flys flat
Incline DB press
Incline DB flys
Bench press
Cable cross overs
Weighted dips/pushups
Triceps 15,12,10,10,10
Pull downs
Extensions
Kickbacks
Skull crushers
Close grip bench
And finished up with a 5min plank and that sauna
