UTT timing vs Pills timing -twice daily?

I noticed that the UTT (1-AD, 4-AD, Arom-X) is to be taken twice daily with 8 hours between doses. Should I take also the regular pill-form 4-AD, DecaVol, Arom-X this way? (I'm currently taking 5-6 pills of 4-AD & DecaVol daily.)

I mean, should I take 2-3 pills with my breakfast and then 2-3 pills 8 hours later with the dinner?
(Like the UTT which is to be taken twice daily.)
