USPS shipping How long?

Hey Nutraplanet and customers. I was wondering how long shipping usually takes with usps. I'm getting so stuff shipped to California and my friend is going to bring it home to me in canada. He will be leaving next weekend to come back. If i order today will it be shipped out monday and get there by friday?

It usually takes them 2 to get to my house. (not including weekends) I live in NY if that helps. I think your best if you go by air to make sure it arrives on time. Or in any case email a rep at nutraplanet to see what can be done/ensure some safety on your package.
 
Depends on what time it goes out, and that varies.

If it goes out before 3PM on Monday, I'd think you'd have it in NY Wednesday, but that's like, 85%, not 100%. That's 2 days. Thursday would be 3 days, so Friday seems like a real safe bet.
 
Just make sure that everything is in stock so that your order gets shipped out today, and although we can't guarantee it will arrive by Friday I would say it is a pretty safe bet. I've ordered from NP to Cali (and then took it with me home to Canada like you're doing lol) and I think it took 3/4 days to get to Monterey.
 
you take it home to canada to avoid paying for the higher postal fees and to order almost everything you can??? its not stupid i like it.

It's what I do. I usually ship it to Niagara Falls, there's mailbox-services that charge you $6 for a package and they will hold it for you until you arrive, and call you when it comes in. This way you can get free domestic shipping when you spend over $200, although legally you must declare everything at the border...
 
lol nice idea, i live in montreal, but i dont know a postal service like that. the closest US town is platssburgh (nearest Big town) just across the border and i dont have my car because im 19 and still live with my parents, so a trip like that would be near impossible since it takes about 3h30 back and forth but i still can try it because my last shipping was 22 full days (counting the non-working days) and this way, i can have my supps faster with no posting fees (nearly 50$+ for my current order, not ordered yet)
 
you got me hooked on this, im trying to find a similar service in plattsburgh, if anyone know something, please tell me :P i will be able to buy some protein too in my orders because in mtl, its 60$ a 5lbs On Whey...
 
ok, im hijacking the thread but it doesnt matter :P i found a company, Freeport Forwarding, that is right across the frontier, 1h30 car ride, so ill try this on my next order,they charge 2$-3$ and they keep it 2 weeks, atm, im saving 30$ on my order and it will get bigger. and i dont have to wait like 2-3 weeks to get it home. thx on the input steve
 
i live on the canada/US border so i have a postal box on the US side where i pick my stuff up and just take it back with me over the border....bout a 25 min drive
 
i just tell them that i picked up a package that i ordered and if they want they will look in it......its not a big deal....i just tell them its supplements and there ok 99% of the time

No problem :) It's surprising how quickly the weight adds up! I know I added 2x NP's Fish Oil to my order, and the shipping went up like $10 almost and I was confused thinking they're only tiny caps. Then I realized 2000 caps x 1g/cap = 2kg atleast! Add that to my favourite ON Casein Protein etc and shipping is $30-40 easy.

If you haven't ordered already, I would recommend picking up the Nutra Fishoil caps when they come back in stock (should be tomorrow), and also the Dymatize Cafe Mocha Invalid Link Removed . It's the ultimate summer drink; Add some milk, ice cubes and the whey and you got yourself a Iced-Cap , for under $0.50 a serving. And it's healthy!:woohoo:
 
takes about 2 days for me here in florida. what I like about USPS is that it's a dirt cheap way to get saturday delivery. hehe
