It is tough to tell for sure at this stage of the game. I have not lost any strength or endurance, genital area is normal in function and appearance, my sleep has been sound, the wound from my surgury is healing phenominal, I raised cals by approx 700 ed with the same activity level and am not gaining fat, I don't seem to be losing any signifacant amount of LBM, all that and a bag of chips and I am in day 10 of PCT from a 15+ week cycle.

All I know is something is doing something.

Workout felt great and I could tell I got some good stimuli, especially while stretching. ( I do quite a bit of stretching between sets, moreso for back and chest) Was very vascular and looked real dry while workin out. (especially during shrugs, looked sick) Had this guy almost twice my size come over and ask what I was drinkin outta my water bottle. Don't worry D, I gave him the link to your wesite. ;)


Cardio 25 min alternating walking & jogging. 2.5 miles, 300 cals. Was pressed for time or I could have stayed on there for hours it seemed.

I have been reassigned from the drive-in claims to field adjusting as of yesterday. It is going to take my eating schedule and water intake/bathroom stops some adapting to the new environment. I took in all the same foods over the course of the workday but some things can be eaten while driving and some just are not practical so the normal order was off. Also used to having a coffee pot 5 feet from me at all times and I will down anywhere from a half to a full pot daily. Not anymore. I had one cup this morning and thats it. I have been using some skoal bandits I have left over to fill the void untill I can be fully weaned off of stims.

Did not do evening cardio. Have a sick daughter and I stayed home to take care of her while the rest of the family went to the get together we had scheduled. Awesome little girl. I offered to make her anything she wanted for dinner and she picked a spinach and veggie salad with "some of that really good dressing you make dad" and some fruit. Starting her out young. :)


Deff feeling some libido increase this evening. All it takes is a stiff breeze, pun intended.

Tested my BF% ala the Fat Tracks agin tonight and came up with a 10.5% average. I think that is lower than I really am but at least they can be used to track changes and that is 1/2% lower than 10 days ago and I can see a slight diff.

Just a quick question however: these caps look a lot differant. They are flat on the ends and larger in diameter. They have some writing on them that reads "not a food stuff, do not eat". Anyhow, I am having a real hard time swallowing them. I can only do one at a time and they still get kinda jammed in the throat. Maybe i'm just being a pu$#y but is this the final release version?

Rest day, well supposed to be. I didn't get much sleep last night. Stayed up watching a movie with my wife. It was worth missing the sleep to spend some time with her though.

Diet was pretty much by the numbers. Changed up the chicken breast in the evening meal for some turkey breast cutlets fried up in Sesalean with a splash of teriyaki. Good stuff.

Went to my MA class in the evening. Good focus, energy and endurance. You wouldn't know I only slept 3 hours.

Don't have to do my side job for the rest of the week so I will be hitting the gym very soon after waking. Think I will up the morning dose of the Powerfull & Symmetry to 4 caps each and take 2 before evening cardio and 3 before bed.

I am not sure if my legs are recovered enough yet to hit them in the morning. If they are, then I will, if they are not, I will hit shoulders and maybe bi's.

Weight is on the decrease again but it is really hard to tell if I am losing any LBM. I feel that I am getting enough cals in but perhaps they need a slight bump. It is possible that I am somehow still leaning out some but it just seems unlikely. I know what it normally takes me calorie wise to trigger fatloss and I know how I feel in a deficit. Not only that, I am not staying real strict in the cals either. Dumping a little extra rice or oats into a serving, larger portion of meat with dinner, slices of pbh (peanut butter & honey) etc. Really, from my experience I should almost be gaining some fat, especially during PCT. I suppose I will find out by the end when final stats are measured and compared to baseline.

Great sleep! 6 whole hours, woke up rearing to go. Drank my breakfast and headed to the gym. I took 4 yellows and 4 oranges 1/2 hr before I got up so about an hour before getting to the gym. Hammies were still a little tight but I felt good enough to take the wheels on another test drive.

Great day at work but I am struggling to get my normal water intake while on the road. Everywhere I stop I am asking for the bathroom first thing and drinking anymore is gonna have me stoppin on the side of the road.

Diet on par with a couple hungred extra cals added for a little insurance. I don't know how I could possibly be leaning out in PCT without losing LBM.

So far so good on the strength and I will do a midway measurement with the myotape this weekend but measurements can go down from fat loss as well so thats a tough one for me. I deff am not gaining any fat though, that is fo sho. I am far enough in to confidently say that, based on the positive experience thus far, that this stack would be a great addition to ones PCT protocol.

Overall feeling really good. I think I like dosing heaveier pre workout and sticking with 2 of each pill in the morning and before bed unless I have AM workout then I'll go 4 then, 3 before MA class and 2 before bed.

So far, so good. I am deff impressed and look forward to seeing what this stuff can do on a greater cal surplus and of course having all my natty hormones back to their normal sub standard levels, :p

Weight 171 (whew, holdin steady)

Another fantastic sleep! Out for the count. Deep, deep slumber but wake up feeling refreshed as opposed to the grogginess I get from melatonin or outright sleeping pills.

Dosed morning at 2 orange and 2 yellow again since I would be working out after church.

After getting back home I took 5 orange and 5 yellow 1/2 before eating and about an hour and fifteen minutes before arriving at the gym. I was feeling kinda jacked and ready to go. Deff something anabolic happening. Getting that "on" feeling. It's not SD but it sure as heck has got to be a lot better for overall health. No negative sides like painfull pumps or blood pressure rising. I have been averaging about 125 over 75 vs. the 140/80 or more I average on SD (or other orals for that matter). Another thing to note is my heartrate seems to be running lower even at a pretty good clip on the tread. At 7mph with a 2.5 incline I was hard pressed to break 140. Without any stims (of course) my resting rate has averaged 52 bpm. Ok, on to the workout....

Everything seems to be working quite well. ;) (unable to retrieve a sample for volume comparison, sorry D) I am now up to 3 grams ed of the fenugreek as well so perhaps I should ascribe some efficacy to that but I can't honestly be sure. (and I must stay honest for posterity's sake):thumbsup:

Another restfull sleep although a little groggy when I woke up. I sometimes wonder if it doesn't have something to do with what part of the sleep cycle I am in when I wake. Dunno. Off to the morning job for a couple hours.

Decided to make this a rest day, well my legs decided for me. "You aint stackin on weight and makin me squat fer nothin", said the wheels. Decided to use the gym time to do something really important, yep you guessed it, I went back to bed for an hour. Gotta love unexpected pleasures.

Did go to MA class in the evening and was feeling very good. Energetic but not that amped feeling from a stim. Good focus, relaxation and power which is what it's all about.

Dosing today was 3 of each in the AM, 4 of each before evening MA class and 2 of each before bed.

Heading off to bed momentarily. I am going to try and solicit my young lady to participate in a little test of the libido. Early birthday present maybe? I turn 33 tomorrow BTW.

And D, you have done more than make my day, your makin my month. :)

Another great sleep but it seems to be getting progressivly harder to wake up. Just don't have that pop out of bed rearin to go thing happening for me the last few days. Perhaps it is hormonal as I have had this problem in PCT before but not accompanied with such deep restfull sleep. It may be the Powerfull but I will ride it out and see what happens.

Got my morning job done and just didn't have anything to offer a trip to the gym so again I used the time to sleep another hour. Can't be bad for me no?

Felt much more energized as the day progressed and hit the gym around 3:30. Felt like I could hammer out some legs no problem but I opted out as I had MA class in the evening and belt promotion is less than two weeks out. Back & tri's it shall be.

Normally do 20 leg lifts, 20 on the ab wheel and about 5 min of stretching. Today I threw in an extra set on the ab wheel and spent about 15 min stretching my legs and core. Really felt good and makes me wish I had more time during my morning workouts.

Stir fried some chicken breast & broccoli for dinner along with some steamed basmati rice, mmm mmm good. Off to MA class. Class went well, I spent the first 1/2 hr working on self defense techniques with one of our first degree's who is really meticulous about form, flow and relaxation. Really helps me getting some of that one on one time. He paid me a very nice compliment by saying that I had the best self defense techniques of anyone he has worked with at my level. Must be the USP stack!:head:

Dosed 2 of each just now as I get ready to hit the hay before realizing that I took 4 of each in the morning expecting to go to the gym soon after, 3 in the afternoon before actually going to the gym and 3 before MA class. Woops, that makes 12 of each! Thank goodness D sent a few extra this last time. Thanks D!

Oh, and D, I hope you don't mind me messin with the dosing schedule like I have been doing. Just makes sense to hit them heaviest aroung gym time. Let me know if you want me to go back to the original dosing protocol. :)

Chalk up one more night of sleepin like I drank a bottle of Jagermeister, without the hangover of course. Decided to use my gym time this morning for cooking the kiddo breakfast and packin em a lunch. Feeling very mentally alert throughout the day and very fluid with my speech and actions. I am typicaly pretty clear headed but lately it just seems "fine tuned" or "dialed in" like I hired a producer to handle the intricate ensamble of electrical and chemical phenomena of neuro transmitters & synapse and stuff or somthin or another (insert lengthy elocution or diatribe to explain the advanced workings of the human anatomy here.)

Diet all good except the cheat meal this evening: pizza, gotta love them Italians eh?

Dosing the 2 AM, 5 pre workout and 2 before bed seems to workout nicely. Deff experiencing somewhat of an "on" feeling at the gym on the 5. Wonder what 10 would be like? JK:nutkick:

Again,.... great sleep. Not real groggy this morning either but I slept for about 7 hrs. We shall see what I feel like Monday morning after my usual 5.

Was planning on a rest day but by early afternoon I was feeling antsy to do something so I hit the gym. Next workout on the rotation was chest/bi's but I just hit those Thursday and although I feel totally recovered I don't want to over do it so... legs it is.

Felt pretty strong but had to add a little more rest time between exercises than normal as I seemed a little drained. Kinda slacked on the food today which I am sure contributed. Left out the lunges, just didn't have it in me.

Cardio was tough. Managed 15 min of incline walking then another 15 min on a new machine they just got in. It's like the eliptical but has additional arms for upper body. Thing said I only burned 85 cals in that 15 min! It lies! :D

Suppose I should add the 20 leg lifts and 25 ab rollers done after cardio. Pretty much been a staple for a while. Don't know if they really do much but I enjoy them so,...

I appear to have leaned a bit in the mid section over the past couple of days but weight is staying steady. MyoTape reading 32.5" around the tummy which is 1/2 inch decrease from the start of PCT.

I must say that my recovery has really improved over the last week or so. I was getting pretty good DOMS and even though I am increasing the weights the soreness is all but gone. (Not including the hamstrings, those things are my nemesis when it comes to pain. Always have been)

One more week to go and it will be time to cut down to ~8%. USP products will be here by then. Cut will be logged and supps being used will be revealed on an undisclosed date.

Time for some bedtime protein and sound sleep. :burger:

Endurance is up. The cardio sessions are pretty much limited by schedule only at this point. I think I could easily push through for an hour at this pace for an eight mile run. I will make time as I approach my black belt test to increase endurance further.

Considered doing Bi's in the afternoon and maybe even another cardio session but I used the free time for a two hour nap instead. Even when I am not tired this stack seems to allow me to lay down, close my eyes and just zonk out. Sleep does a body good.

MA class in the evening. Open workout all week due to the belt test this coming Saturday. I am having no trouble focusing and staying relaxed and fluid. Last 30 minutes (1 1/2 hour class) spent doing forms one after another which is a good aerobic workout. Stamina good and mind very clear. I really like this stack, did I mention that already?

Past my bedtime, popping the nightime plethora of rainbow colored magic and hitting the hay.

Starting to sound like a broken record but,... another nice sound sleep, although it was only for 4 1/2 hours. Pressed for time again this morning so I hit back & cardio only. That's ok 'cause I can do bi's & tri's with my shoulders on Thursday. No more legs this week, saving them for Saturday, can't wait.

I keep getting stuck with this treadmill that only does 8 mph. I am sure I could squeeze anither mile off in that half hour if the good machine wasn't always taken.

Got another afternoon nap in. God I love those. Headed off to MA class in the evening and again it was nothing short of excellent. Even getting some comments that I seem to have improved just in the last couple of weeks. I think a leaner me works out for the best for my lifestyle and any aspirations I have of getting much bigger probably aren't for the best even if I could do it. Time to cut up and be a lean mean fightin machine. :D

Two rest days in a row with the exception of a MA class the evening of day 25. I wanted to attend the next day as well but I came down with a knarley cold that's kickin my fricken you know what. I will probably rest today too (day 27) but we'll see how I feel later on. All I really care about is my belt promotion tomorrow for which I will need every thing I have to make it through the 5 hours of no rest testing.

FWIW I have slept like a baby the last couple of nights. :)

Managed to get myself promoted to brown/black. What a grueling ordeal especially with this friggin cold.

This is my last day of PCT (yay!) but I have a few of the symmetry left so I will continue those for a few more days. I will post up final stats and opinions tomorrow probably as I am just too wiped to do anything but eat right now.

Final Summary

Final weight 170 with a net loss of 8lbs, a good portion of which I believe to be glycogen stores from the SD and based on tape & BF measurements, a small amount of fat was shed as well.

Libido fluctuated some but was always functional. I can speculate that it will give quite the boost when hormones are not in the toilet as mine were being in PCT and all.

Strength was maintained on all lifts and actually increased on others.

Sleep was very restfull and deep. Only negative was having trouble waking up and knockin the cobwebs outta my head but that seemed to level out and may not be an issue for some.

Recovery definitely improved over my normal PCT. Almost felt "on" at times. Seemed as though I could train a given bodypart every other day and be green.

Didn't really notice any increased pumps other than doing higher rep burnout sets. Had no issues with cardio whatsoever.

Endurance increased during cardio sessions but I didn't really push the issue during weight training as I was using a fairly low volume routine and didn't want to push too hard in PCT.

Anabolic/anticatabolic properties definitely present and evidenced by my ability to retain LBM throughout PCT. I will certainly be trying this stack again with hormones in optimal ranges. Perhaps as a nice bridge between hormonal cycles as well.

Healing it would seem was improved based mainly on the lack of shin splints during cardio. I had a pretty bad case that I figured would put any running at a standstill but after a very short break while I was down for the cyst I jumped right back in with no issue. Granted my cardio sessions were longer and harder at the time of symptom onset but I have never recovered from them this quickly, never.

Acne was also decreased considerably over my prior PCT experiences. I don't know if perhaps the "healing effect" would translate to better skin but something sure made for a much nicer looking back.

General well being and mental clarity remained at my normal super-human levels. :) Typically I have some pretty down times and minor mental lapses with the accompanying low test levels of post cycle.

My hopes are to retain strength and LBM as well as keeping new adipose at bay during my PCT. If this stack can allow me to achieve this I will be quite impressed.

I felt like dosing 5 of each before workout added intensity and some endurance. Also dropping the bedtime dose down to 2 each seemed to help reduce the morning groggies. If I did my resistance training in the AM I would dose 5/5 then 2/2 in the afternoon (or before eve cardio or MA) and the last 2/2 before bed. If resistance training in the afternoon I would dose 3/3 in the AM 4/4 before w/o and 2/2 before bed. I like having a little bit taller dosage in the AM for it's possible effects on Cortisol which I believe like to spike in the AM.
