You look like a bigger guy so I would take 4 per day for the first week. If you want to run two bottles. You could bump it up to 6/day.

I recommended 6 because I took four a day for two bottles and it was okay but not WOW. So I tried 6 and that was a huge difference

You will be pleasantly surprised at the effects of this beta-2 agonist. My GF is a heavier girl and took it for 2 months. By the end of her run she has veins popping out for the first time in her life. For her it was a drastic change! The nicest thing about it is that you retain your lean mass while shedding bodyfat! Who doesn't want that?
 
I've never had any problems with usps, they always delivery on time same time no matter what faithful people with good reputation., but if it was sent by them then idk lol

Received mine and I was astounded at the extra goodies. Full bottle of Ap, Powerfull, Prime, Compound 20, Shaker bottle, and a sick Tent size T-shirt. I'm going to have to work on growing into that last one! USP definitely went all out with this promotion and I plan on doing the same during this trial!

Adam has been nothing but a great rep for USP from the first day I met him.. He's been helpful to all of us at *** and always there to answer questions if we got any.. I back the company 100% because I personally have gained results from all the products and a lot of my customers have gotten great results from USP.. They come back for more... You typically do an 8 week or 12 week run Casey? 4 caps a day or 6 like some others like?
