Lol, My First post, and I'm entering contests... figures. And yes I'm an inner circle member already :)

What is Alpha?
Alpha is a mindset. Alpha is knowing that no matter what, you will squeeze out that last rep. That no matter what the broscientist next to you in the gym thinks, that all that matters is YOUR workout. Alpha is knowing that Deadlifts, Squats and Bench are the paths to success. Alpha is honoring the beginnings of the sport and lifestyle of fitness, while recognizing that change brings growth and progression to it. That every day, the only person you are competing against is yourself. That you can handle constructive criticism from those that are knowledgeable and disregard those that would lead you astray. That being focused doesn't mean that you need to scream, yell, or hulk up in the mirror before hitting your sets. That at the end of the day, those that would seek to disregard you, will ultimately seek to emulate you. To me, THAT is the ALPHA mindset.

edit: does this have anything to do with DMAA getting the ban hammer all over the place? Don't get me wrong I love new products especially from USPLabs but I guess what I'm asking is should I be stocking up on the OG Jack3d?

OG Jack3d is staying the same... We just wanted to offer an alternative. The two products will be available on the shelves beside each other.

Test Powder kit arrived today, it will be awhile before I can give it a whirl I'm in the middle of a cut but looking forward to it!

Yeah same thing here that black XL fits great, wonder how a large would fit.

Mine came yesterday! Got another tub+prime+c20 on the way two, thinking about running it for 8 weeks. Gotta wait a bit though, I'm on week five of Anabeta/Erase.
