I am trying to contact usplabs with a question. do we have a rep here on am? the email listed on their web site keeps kicking my emails back at me.

Look for the user USPlabs, thats the big guy, he might be able to help with your question.
 
Lets not forget about bpmartyr, force of green , and last but not least borobulker. They are all active reps on the board and all very knowledgeable and helpful.

Please do; I apologize for the delay in response, but I have been unbelievably swamped. I see your Canadian, and as you know three Canadians were KIA recently; a friend of mine was one of them, and I had been attending to that issue. That coupled with the start of school and PRIME's release had me swamped.
 
ya I am canadian... but a canadian living in texas. So i don't think the shipping or border is of any concern.

was does KIA mean?
