no worries bolt. I wonder if USP labs learned that the email system really wasnt effective. Being an IC member didnt make a difference I bought the bottles 3hrs before i received the email lol.
 
This sale must have been some kind of record.
I attempted to order 2 hours after getting the IC email and it said "out of stock."

I thought it was an error so I tried 3 times to order, but it still said "out of stock."
I finally had to admit to myself the stock really was depleted that quickly.

If things sell out that fast, not much chance of getting the first runs through the IC notification system.

I was an hour and a half late at purchasing my 3, so you must have just missed it.
 
To be fair, we all got an email telling us what time Recreate would be going on sale. I got up at 5am GMT for it. All I did was come on AM and found this thread, then went to the site to buy it. Wasn't hard :P

Same here , I just went to bed and got up at 6am eastern time and checked my mail and went to usplaps direct and still was able to purchase 3 bottles with 10% off. thanks USP laps

that's werid, I ordered mine 6am that morning, almost 6 hours after my email and I still managed to get 3 bottles for $80. I got shipped comfirmation today.

Usually takes 2 weeks unless it's shipped express or priority. This is DHL so it might be faster but I can't remember exactly how long the last DHL shipment I got took.
 
Muscleguyny, you gotta be the only person I can admit shows more excitement and enthusiasm about Recreate then I do.
 
I have a very good feeling that this may be the best thing to ever happen to the fat-burning supplement industry.

It's getting closer to summer and I would love to look my best. I ate a lot when I was younger. Hardly anything healthy. I always had a craving for sweets and junk. It was awful. I hardly ever get a craving for either anymore. If I do, then I have no trouble with resisting it. I'll immediately get something healthy to snack on. This helps satisfy my hunger. I have some very unwanted fat around my midsection. I'm working hard to try and get rid of it. Also, as akward as it may sound, my ass bothers me. I really would like to firm my ass up and lose some of that fat as well. I do think that Recreate, DCP, Atomic Meltdown, Thermo-glide and possibly Leviathan Reloaded would make for an unbeatable fat-burning stack.

USP Labs will have a customer for life if Recreate is all that it's hyped up to be. It'll really make a huge difference in my life and I'll owe so much to USP.

Definitely looking forward to it.

Sure - if youre trying to burn fat - this is what works for me:

Principles are:

-Unprocessed, whole foods whenever possible
-high fibre
-multi-protein sources
-tapered carbs as day progresses
-no starchy carbs after lunch
-my cheating is extra steak

Post WO (730am):

AP

20g Whey, oats, unprocessed honey, psyllium husk, 1 banana or handfull of frozen berries, 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 250ml skim milk, blended

2x wholemeal/grain toast with yeast extract (Vegemite)

multi, 3g fish oil, 1g slow release VitC

1030am

20g whey, 1 banana, muesli bar or some nuts. Celery sticks. Black or Green Tea

1300pm

AP

Asian stirfry with rice or rice noodles
or
Homemade Tuna-BrownRice fortified with raw garlic/chilli, chopped veges + seeds, olive oil (small amount)
Black or Green Tea

1600pm

20g whey, 1 banana, handfull of seeds/nuts, celery sticks


1900pm

AP

lean meat (chicken, turkey, beef, venison) with salad (have with seeds) or a massive bunch of broccoli (blanched only) including the stems with lemon juice

2130pm

20g of whey with 200g of greek lowfat yoghurt
3g of fish oil, 1g slow release VitC

When Im putting on weight (or trying to), I will have more fruit at 1030am, eat the 1300 meal again at 1600, add starchy carbs at 1900pm, and creamed rice 2130pm

I still probably haven't fully hit my straps with AP/PSlin - after this month's leaning I think I can add even more carbs in my diet without adding fat.

For HIIT:

I usually do classes at my gym. One involves stationary cycling for 45-60 minutes to music - lungs burn and sweat pools at your feet. Throw in some decent sups like RPM (and ReCreate) and I reackon I can smell the fat in my piss afterwards - I can burn btween 800-1200 Cal

The other class is 60 minutes - it's a bit of a cross between circuits and aerobics - mostly chicks do it (good for the perve factor) and requires some coordination - more of a body exhaustion than lung burnout, but I can murder 1000cal easily in 1 hr. Good for core work

USP is the biz - throw in some PFull before sleep - real good if you only have restricted hrs like me. Didn't really warm to it preWO, but that's a personal preference

That is because they haven't done the first scan on it. When the DHL driver picks up the companies packages he gives them a tracking number, but it's not until the package is taken to the sorting office and scanned when the website is updated.

In other words, CHILL YA BEANS MOFO. :dance:
 
Out of country for me I don't get anything when I try to track it. I got my notification that it shipped on Monday.
