I'm finding my sweet spot is right at 1.5-2 scoops ModernPRE about 30 minutes pre-training.

I'm finding my sweet spot is right at 1.5-2 scoops ModernPRE about 30 minutes pre-training.

I'm seriously considering taking up that deal to have a second jar on hand. Especially since it's recommended to do 2 scoops then a second jar will give me a months supply.

And I'm a straggler too. Excited to get this goodness. I just recently finished the be Cannibal Ferox from Chaos and Pain. So cracked open a jar of Pre Gro I've had stored away. It's not bad but I'm excited for ModernPre.

I blame lazy ninja monkey complacency...probably out there doing online shopping instead of all of their normal obligations. You gotta reign 'em in tight, Casey! lol
 
Favorite squat variation is just high bar ATG cause it looks so clean! Hit a new PR last week 435 for 2 also hit a 370 for 5x5 a few weeks before that

I cranked up the volume this week too.

Just getting back into barbell training...

monday - bench 240x11
tuesday - squat 350x10
thursday - overhead 140x15
deadlifts tomorrow.


reps just seem easier...
