CEO,
I am checking to see if you received the lengthy email I sent you. I registered at your forum but I received no confirmation from your site. In the email I sent you some pictures of my current condition and concerns. I also sent you a couple links to a few of my training lifts that I hope you take to time to watch, as you may enjoy them. If you didn't receive my email I'll try to resend it. I look forward to hearing from you and your suggestions.

Please send again my friend, I would love to help you out. As Matt said, you can also post in my forum. We will collaborate to help..either way!

Thanks guys. I haven't been much for supplements for a long time, a long time. I got seriously injured earlier this year and it has seem to have just compounded my problems with lack of gains for the past several years. I guess one could tack it up to alot of things, but there is the things I can control like my sleep, diet, supplementation and training. I wish I could find a quality partner here but training alone in your home gym makes it a bit difficult on recruiting efforts.

Right now I am 5'5 and around 210lbs. I would venture to say I am 18-20% bodyfat. I know that many here and other places have the goal of being the biggest they can, well thats not my goal at this stage in life. I have a goal of losing 20-30lbs of flab and just simply getting stronger while staying healthy or improving my health. I would like to compete in masters olympic lifting in a few years(like 4 more) and be able to continue to do that for many years to come. Would love to be in my 50s and still able to do the lifts and be strong to help my kids and even grandkids. No, it doesn't sound so hardcore, but its what is important, since the old glory days have long past!

I am on quite a simple health supportive supplement plan. For this purposes at this time I use the Now foods brand products. I am looking for something that will truly help support my fatloss, health and performance. From all the things I have read USP Labs is where its at if one doesn't really prefer the steroid or prohormone route. I have a bottle of M1T in my shelve and its been there for about 3 years now. Never even opened it, so its probably bad now anyway. For a man my age and with plans to have another kid or two I don't want to mess with that stuff anyway. I want a good healthy natural kick and thats why I am here, I am a beleiver and I have never taken one single USP Labs product.

So...here is my plan. Right now I am really just starting to get back into training and getting my eating somewhat under control. I would like to start a log here or at the Synergy Muscle forum detailing my training and diet for a month before I start anything from USP Labs. The Ceo will see my pictures but I am a little hesitant to put them out just yet. I am plan on taking pictures month to month to see where this goes and if its for me. Before I began a log know that, no, my diet is not perfect, I am not looking for 3%BF, just lean and healthy. I have to eat what the wife cooks and I do eat leftovers! But it will all be here for everyone to see. I am not a bodybuilder nor care to be one, I want strength and as much as I can pack into a 175-180lbs body.

I plan to deload this coming week and I may just get my log started during the deload, it won't be exciting, but it will be a start.

For starters here is a video of me doing overhead squats with 275lbs from the bottom position before I was injured.

It takes a bit to load it seems but here it is anyway

Well thats a great explanation of where you're at.

To achieve your goals, your primary tools will be training and diet, although USPlabs products can be the icing on the cake!

If you are looking to shed some fat but retain strength then the key is to alter your diet! I have had excellent results with this. I went from a fat 205 to a lean 175 in just 3 months by changing diet with no cardio or supplements at all. My strength remained about the same and I felt like I lost minimal lean mass. Diet really is the number 1 tool when it comes to getting changes in body composition so if you can make small changes to intake healthier, cleaner foods, that would benefit greatly. Perhaps you can tell your wife what you are trying to do and request certain meals that are cleaner. I mean, after all, she is cooking for ya!

I have also had great results with low intensity post workout cardio. I am starting to incorporate this back into my plan and I absolutely love it! All you need is about 10 minutes on a cycling machine or some type of cardio at a low intensity. The idea is that the increased bloodflow will help circulate nurtients throughout the body and allow for optimal growth with minimal fat gain. It has worked wonders for me and I have a very hard time staying lean, even when I eat super clean.

I like how you said you will be taking month to month pictures because that tells me that you are not anticipating huge changes in short time. Changes in strength and body composition take time and if you rush them, often the results are undesirable. I am very confident that if you incorporate these two concepts into your program that you will get where you want to be.

As far as supplements go, you say you are taking some Now brand supplements. I dont know what exactly you are taking but I recommend you take the basic staples--Creatine, a Multi Vitamin (NOW Adam is great!) and Fish Oil. I like to take in 8-10 caps of fish oil per day and also drink a lot of green tea. These basic, natural supplements will help with positive changes in body composition and overall health.

Once you get back on track with diet and training, I think you could get great benefit from supplementing with USP products. Cissus is great for overall health, strong joints/ligaments and would likely help with your injury. It also seems to have an anabolic effect and gives me great pumps/intensity in the gym when taken preworkout. Powerfull is another great one that will help with sleep, strength and libido. I have had great results with a Powerfull/cissus stack.

sorry this has to be so short but i would recommend cissus/powerfull/cialabol. This stack will give you nice all week pumps, loss of body fat, increased endurance, recovery, and joint repair and health. This stack to me is the mother of all USP stacks and i promise you , you will see very positive results with it..... good luck!!

Jonesboy,
Thats sort of what I am thinking about too. Still, I am going to go about a month or so on the bare bones and then we'll get started on them. I want to get back up in strength so I am close to PR levels so the stack can help push me past old records. I don't want to waste good stuff on muscle memory gains.

Just to echo a little diet is your key ingredient! Sounds like your around my age, so you can expect some slow fat loss, it's all about consistency. Once you've decided on a diet maybe your wife will work a little with you. I asked my wife to not make any cassaroles or anything mixed so I could leave carbs out or control the amount I take in at night.
Anyway good look on your journey, the destination is worth the effort.
