USPlabs Powerlifting Meet Schedule
Hey Boro, how would you incorporte the ADP for a powerlifting meet? Only thing I have tried is taking 2MFX, 2 powerfull, 1 CoreZap and 2 Drive when i start warming up for each lift; enough to get me going but not over-stimulate me once the nerves kick in.
This may take a ton of tweaking but what i would do is the following;
7-10 days out
Increase PRIME dosage to 3x3, 9 caps per day. Keep in mind, this will add a few lbs of body weight so plan accordingly.
You should also incorporate Anabolic-Pump for a few weeks prior to allow for heighten glycogen storage and intake without a negative effect on body weight/fat.
PowerFULL could be used for 2 weeks prior to assure a homeostatic response of REM sleep along with natural GH/Test release. Be sure to use the 5/2 off layout. 5th 'on' should be meet day or day after meet.
Day prior:
Day prior to meet, BE sure to go to sleep early and take 3 PF prior to sleep. Get 8-10 hours. Keep with above protocol.
Meet Day:
Breakfast meal - 1 capsule USPlabs Anabolic-Pump
15-20 minutes prior to pre-meet meal – 1 capsule USPlabs Anabolic-Pump
45 minutes prior to first attempts – 3 caps USPlabs PowerFULL, 2-3 scoops USPlabs Jacked, 3 caps USPlabs PRIME
(Consider doing 1 scoop of Jacked before each portion. 1 prior to squatting, 1 prior to benching, 1 prior to deadlifting. 45 minutes out)
Post Meet:
15 minutes prior to post-meet meal – 1 capsule USPlabs Anabolic-Pump
During post-meet meal –3 capsules USPlabs PRIME
15 minutes pre-bed – 3 capsules USPlabs PowerFULL
