We are aware that a good portion of the board users are of bodybuilding interest. However, i have been contacted recently by a growing number of athletes. This is what sparked the intent for this protocol.

This is strikingly similar to the schedule i have been recommending to my client athletes. Ranging from NCAA D1 wrestlers to NCAA D3 football players.

If anyone has any questions, post them up!
 
Hey Boro, how would you incorporte the ADP for a powerlifting meet? Only thing I have tried is taking 2MFX, 2 powerfull, 1 CoreZap and 2 Drive when i start warming up for each lift; enough to get me going but not over-stimulate me once the nerves kick in.
 
USPlabs Powerlifting Meet Schedule

Hey Boro, how would you incorporte the ADP for a powerlifting meet? Only thing I have tried is taking 2MFX, 2 powerfull, 1 CoreZap and 2 Drive when i start warming up for each lift; enough to get me going but not over-stimulate me once the nerves kick in.

This may take a ton of tweaking but what i would do is the following;

7-10 days out
Increase PRIME dosage to 3x3, 9 caps per day. Keep in mind, this will add a few lbs of body weight so plan accordingly.

You should also incorporate Anabolic-Pump for a few weeks prior to allow for heighten glycogen storage and intake without a negative effect on body weight/fat.

PowerFULL could be used for 2 weeks prior to assure a homeostatic response of REM sleep along with natural GH/Test release. Be sure to use the 5/2 off layout. 5th 'on' should be meet day or day after meet.

Day prior:
Day prior to meet, BE sure to go to sleep early and take 3 PF prior to sleep. Get 8-10 hours. Keep with above protocol.

Meet Day:
Breakfast meal - 1 capsule USPlabs Anabolic-Pump
15-20 minutes prior to pre-meet meal – 1 capsule USPlabs Anabolic-Pump
45 minutes prior to first attempts – 3 caps USPlabs PowerFULL, 2-3 scoops USPlabs Jacked, 3 caps USPlabs PRIME

(Consider doing 1 scoop of Jacked before each portion. 1 prior to squatting, 1 prior to benching, 1 prior to deadlifting. 45 minutes out)

Post Meet:
15 minutes prior to post-meet meal – 1 capsule USPlabs Anabolic-Pump
During post-meet meal –3 capsules USPlabs PRIME
15 minutes pre-bed – 3 capsules USPlabs PowerFULL

so on meet day we are looking at 9PF and 9Prime on meet day... i think the Jacked I'd start with one scoop, and maybe up dosage each event depending how it feels. Overall looks good, it wont be til March that I try it though.

Boro, going to give your protocol a try next weekend. what do you think of swapping the 3PF with 2g of supersaponins (or maybe 3g)?

going to try the following: 1 scoop Jacked, PF or SSaponins, 3Prime, and 2 Drive, prior to each event warmup (since flight size is unknow I just cant plan on 45mins before lifting). Then with the PW meal 3 more Prime and a ton of efas.

SuperSAP would work well, the aggression will be off the hook. Not better, but different. Use 1g before each lift change if possible...

Either my jacked timing was off, or its too much in conjuction with the excitement and nervous jitters. I messed up my opening squat, it was perfect except for a nervous stutter step right before getting the rack command and I got redlighted; and I messed up my opening bench, i was so wired i forgot to wait for the press command...

it threw me only a little off as i had to reconsider my second attempts, but I still came thru with the kind of numbers i wanted. All in all, a good competiton stack, but next time I'll try a half scoop of Jacked instead. Might try 3PF also to gauge the difference in effect with the SS.

Great stuff. Thank you for the feedback. That is one of those things that will be 100% variable for each user. Congrats buddy!
 
i forgot to mention I also took a dose of bulk pslin with each of the two meals I snuck in between events, helped making the most out of a limited meal (pbj on ezekiel bread, a banana plus gatorade), and 3 more Prime with my PWO meal. I also front-loaded all week with 9caps of Prime a day.
 
This is an amazing stack, I used it before my flag football game tonight and had one of my best games, moved to middle line backer after playing corner most the season and had 3 sacks, 2 deflected passes, and completely threw off the other team's game plan (Their lineman probably outweighed me by at least 70-80 lbs each with at least half a foot on me) Throughout the entire game I just felt as though I had a heightened awareness and I was on auto pilot making plays like they were simple tasks. The aplha male mentality was there!
