I ****in hate scum sucking money hungry lawyers. The class actions are becoming the next lottery. Has anyone noticed how prevalent they are on tv now? I gaurantee in the next 5 - 10 years we are going to slide WAY back on medical break through... why? Because it isn't worth it to even put in the research dollars since you are going to be sued by someone from a no name town who had a resident burp up a sulpher smell while mining salt because he was taking lipitor!

For ****s sake.

Products containing 1,3dim have been pulled from the shelves on military bases. It's a temporary ban... More like medical hold on it while the military studies it for its safety. It was all precipitated by an Army soldier who died and was found to have it in his system. Likely it will stay of military shelves now though. Same exact thing as what happened to ephedra and we all know how that turned out. It's a damn shame, as I like 1,3dim.

This has been in the works for some time now, so it's not really all that surprising.
