Hey Doug,
Are you in the DC area? I saw a comment in Kurt's thread about a possible workout in DC. As it turns out, my brother lives there (works at Pentagon) and I'll be up there the whole weekend of the Yorton Cup. If you want to meet up for a workout one or more of those days, let me know. We'll get a few epic workouts in!

I have one question: Who is the guy in the red shirt creeping on your harder than I have ever seen anybody creep?
where?
I live in Arlington, VA and will be judging the Yorton. Let me know.
Friday November 14, 2008 - Shoulders and Biceps
Strong workout tonight. Hammer strength military (haven't done these in a while but I felt strong!), dumbbell lat raises, dumbbell front raises (PR), lat raise machine superset cybex military machine, barbell curls, incline hammer curls, high preacher machine superset reverse curls superset forearm dumbbell curls.
Saturday November 15, 2008 - Off
Judging the Yorton Cup. I'm now more fired up than ever to bring it next year!
Sunday November 16, 2008 - Quads and hams
I got to train with fellow IFPA pro Tommy Jeffers and his brother. Man he is a thick boy! He has some of the thickest legs and forearms out there. The most impressive thing about Tommy is that when he is training he makes everything look so easy as his form and rep pace is always smooth and consistent, no matter the weight. He will make some big noise next year on stage. Hack squats (PR 5 plates and a 25 x 20, 6 plates and a 25 x 8, 7 plates x 4 drop to 5 plates x 10), leg press superset barbell squats, laying leg curls, walking dumbbell lunges, leg extensions with holds at the top superset outer thigh machine, straight leg ups.

I knew you were big, but seeing you in person, your a house man lol. It was great meeting you and steph this past weekend.
Its growing season! Nice to meet you too.
Well done last weekend. Your professionalism on stage shines through (color, poise, posing, etc). A touch leaner and you will be a force!
Thanks man, means a lot coming from you!
Do you always keep a 40 min cardio session once a week during your off-season?
I try to. Cardio is sooo boring but I think a little in the offseason is helpful for sure.
Agreed. Plus, the more you can keep your VO2 max up, the better your hypertrophy sets will be
Not like me where I have to pause and take deep breaths in between reps when we are doing sets of 20 on the freakin hack squats lol
