DAY 36

I had a gereat workout today, but GOD my wheels were sore. I was able to fàdo all my workout but skipped the cardio, I will do it tomorrow instead. Pumps are awesome, and I also have to say that my digestion seems to be a lot better now. I feel less bloated, and a lot better.

I did biceps-triceps today. And yes I did my cardio! I am getting more energy now, and feel a lot better. I think I was sick, but seems to be gone now. Pumps were amazing, and I feel great!

Sorry bout the lack of updates. I've been crazy busy on shifts etc.

So how I've been? Wonderfull!!! Sleep was at it's best, and I seemed to enjoy this week. I was missing a little bit of strength, because my routine was broken, but I still went through all of it. Now I am decided. I don't want to do shifts anymore. LOL. This was just to try, but I feel like I love my 7-3. The pumps are amazingly insane, and I am feeling so good, I can't describe it! I have leaned down as well. My hips are now 35"! Good stuff for the ladies to enjoy. (and def. good for me to enjoy the nice looking ladies:) )

Diet has been top notch, no cheating at all, so I feel like I've got an amazing dedication on this stack!
