The sagittal motion I'm referring to is this..


On cables set on lowest setting

Sit facing the machine in a chair

Doing shoulder press

The cables essentially are pulling your hands down and forward which forces you to use different stablizer muscles

Gonna look at using c20 sometime for a cut. Hmmmmmm

Not sure but I think nicotine is found in small amounts in acacia redigula. If that's the case I'd use that. As a matte of fact I'd harbor anyway

Did 4 set bak squat

3 set stiff leg dead

3 set front squat

3 set cleans

3 set bench bridges with weight working up to 245

Then 1 set 10 pike ups on ball and 2 sets crunches on ball. Just to do it
 
Ugh I forgot what 1 meal a day feels like


2 lbs of chicken that I breaded in almond meal chili powder and salt and baked.

Along with a bag of broccoli and celery

Wondering if using 4 c20 pre workout would be better idk. I don't really feel anything from it

From last week to this week with my actual dieting huge difference.

Can't wait to start new stack as well as diet for the next 4 weeks. Deprivation plus the stack= epic sexyness

I've yet to see if I should add another stim burner to the new stack ill start.

What would you choose stim wise? Dexaprine?need something very STRONG

I think it's good pre workout. Haven't noticed any effects other then a little strength

But I haven't used it solo so can't comment on it individually.

As a stack it is great
