I'm sorry man but what? Lol "bitter natty guys." I'm failing to see how morals and ethics outside of the gym have anything to do with or without steroid use. Maybe you have morals but to say that natural weight lifters do detestable things? Is this seriously the thread against natural weight lifters? I've never seen people rage against others for not injecting drugs into themselves. But seriously..I doubt you're a saint either. Maybe I'm just confused I'm having a hard time understanding your post. I see steroid users looking down on others daily at my gym. They're the ones with the inflated egos walking around like their shyt doesn't stink. Now imagine someone who's on TRT all of the sudden had to go off and their test levels plummeted. They lost all their gains, started getting fat, lost strength and looked like absolute crap. How can someone in that position say that the drug isn't a key player in how they look. As a matter of fact for those individuals the drug is the only reason they look the way they do. Then take a natural with low test levels and he works his ass off to get in great shape. No matter what he does it fails. To say that hormones don't make a HUGE difference is just being ignorant . Maybe protecting one's ego because they know without them they'd just look normal and they can't stand the thought of that.
No, I was building off a response by another fella that mentioned a somewhat common observation that natty guys discredit anyone who has used steroids, phs or any pharmaceutical grade drug to enhance muscle building or fat loss.
Steroid users tend to down play the gear and natty guys tend to discredit the ethics of gear users. Fact is, you could say both are wrong OR you could say both have some truth to their opinions.
The part about natty guys bein hypocritical, this wasnt directed at any natty person specifically but rather to some people, who were not bodybuilders, that I have talked to in the past on the topic. A certain level of arrogance comes from them that is incredibly condescending and judgmental. Usually, this is because they are incredibly uninformed on the matter and even worse, I've noticed these same folks make the issue out to be a moral one, which for many it simply isnt.
Nonetheless, I want to make sure I cordially explain myself. No, I do not view myself any better than others. I live by Grace and try my best to avoid passing judgment on others. Yet, when I see others doin just that, I get passionately heated about it sometimes. Either way, I find it stupid to be condescending to others because their take on something differs from my own.
Another thing about TRT. If we're talkin about legit TRT dosing, it isnt noteably better than a "natty" T level, if at all. True TRT aims to fall into something that'd be normal, like 500-900 ng/dl. I can tell u now that 900 ng on exogenous T feels significantly less satisfying than 500 ng from endogenous T levels. I say this because in 8 weeks or so I'm quitting TRT and tryin a restart. Hopefully I can manage a 400-500 ng/dl range, which is the best my T has ever been naturally anyways.
1200 ng/dl is even marginally better. The pumps are better but as far as leanness and sex drive, practically unchanged if not worse than a natural T level at least for myself. What I've learned is that as I get older and smarter about training and diet, the androgens become less and less relevant to success. If its true for me its bound to be true for others. I'm migrating back to being natty.
