Hello,
Is it okay to be using creatine to help working out, but when trying to lose weight?
I am trying to recompose body, so want to continue lifting weights (and taking creatine), but lose weight to drop body fat % at the same time.
Starting weight: 176 Starting body fat % ~25
Current: 173
Goal: 163
