I'm just finishing up at 30mg/day for 4 weeks, run of Epi with Shift. I've been reading some logs on the board seeing that people usually wait a week or two to being PCS and Lean Xtreme. Any reason why?
My cycle looked like this:
Epi 30/30/30/30
Shift 3/3/3/3
PCT
Torem: 120 (3xdays)/90/60/60
just curious where I should throw in the PCS or LX in this bad boy.
