Hi guys!
I am wondering what's the take on Ursolic Acid nowadays, worth it? mega dosing? (potential) side effects?
I know there used to be many products out there back in the day, with AST Urso-X, SAN Conquest 250 and E-Pharm Ursobolic to name a few and now not that many, I know bioavailability has always been a real issue, maybe that's why? (although I've read some possible heart related concerns on some other old thread here?)
I found a company here in Europe who has it dirty cheap, and was thinking of going through a few bottles as from all I read it really shines (or should at least) for fat loss / recomp purposes, their dosage is 750mg of ursolic acid (extracted from rosemary leaf) which end's up like $20 bucks for 6 week cycle, which is not a shy dosage at all I reckon, in comparison to those past products, and I say 6 weeks, because many of those aforementioned also said to cycle every 6 weeks, even if that doesn't hold today.
Any personal experiences welcomed.
Thank you in advance and Happy Holidays to you and yours!
