What's y'all's opinion on ursolic acid supps? I had good results with epharms ursobolic, but how's that compared to ursol xt by forerunner?
 
I think they can be too expensive. Love the effect and human studies though.
 
Last year I used epharms and I thought it was pretty good, but all the spray seem to be to expensive
 
Ur Spray is greater than any pill you will find on the market. Don't even waste your time on anything else.
 
Use the spray, OP.

Also, if you are concerned price, pick up E-Pharm Pump Spray. It is the same thing, but includes TAA.
 
Def two...and def Pumpspray...I've developed somewhat of an addiction to it...lost count of the # of bottles I've used...but running it now with XGels... <3 it...
 
its a great product but a daily dose high enough for effects (even with the UR spray) is unaffordable for us europeans
