Never hear of Urolithin but pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) is known to supercharge your mitochondria.

I forgot to mention this one. It builds new mitos or mito genesis. Been using 10 mg but i think it's too low. I think I'll try 20 mg. Thanks for the reminder.

Urolithin B is in some Olympus labs products. Couldn’t tell you any differences or anything, I really haven’t done the research.

They seem to be related compounds with similar actions. I'd be down to try either. I want to kill my zombie cellular power plants.
