Just saw this I'm big on any solid antiaging or energy product out there already taking alc, rala, coq10 for my mitochondrias but never saw anything that eats away at damaged or old ones. Has anyone tried this? Seems like I could take aton of ellagic acid from pomegranates but the converts sucks.

Never hear of Urolithin but pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) is known to supercharge your mitochondria.

I forgot to mention this one. It builds new mitos or mito genesis. Been using 10 mg but i think it's too low. I think I'll try 20 mg. Thanks for the reminder.

Urolithin B is in some Olympus labs products. Couldn’t tell you any differences or anything, I really haven’t done the research.
