UR SPRAY

At 50 sprays twice a day it takes about two weeks to start noticing changes. It takes that long to build in your system so you need at least two bottles. That's about $80 bucks. If you want to run longer than a month make sure you plan ahead it's out-of-stock more than in. Pat makes small runs and it doesn't last long. I ran out and it took over a month to restock so I'm starting all over.
 
I think it's user dependent, I've only been applying once a day and noticed changes... I'll be able to compare a little better on my next bottles @ twice a day

I've dosed on both a once per day and a twice per day protocol and 2 is definitely beter than one

in this case yes, twice a day plus tablets 3x a day is even better

Anyone else starting to smell like syrup? Lol

Ever since I started taking the tabs and spray it's all my gf smells on my skin. It's like I'm taking so much it's comin out of my pores haha

the ursolic acid smells like syrup and the smell is retained even after it is derivatized into arginine ursolic acetate

there are worse smells

LOL My wife has said this to me I told her shes nuts I dont smell it at all. Guess she was right haha bring on the pancakes

It has been my experience that you can. You cannot go crazy, I proved that to myself too, you can out eat the spray, but you can eat more than ever and lean out too. Here is my latest progress pic, arm only but leaning out nicely on what is basically at this point the Paleo diet Invalid Link Removed

well thats exactly what they saw in the mouse study. mice with ursolic ate more chow that controls yet had substantially less stored fat

it appears from some reports that this may be the case with humans too. i have had this experience myself actually

Anybody else noticing veins? Ive been spraying for about couple months now and i have crazy veins on the top of my feet lol

Then don't tell her this, my gf's eyelashes are growing like mad since she started. She's 49 and had used one of those eyelash formulas which did work but was way expensive so she stopped using it months ago. Ur-Spray is putting that to shame.

The first thing I notices was the waistband of my trousers getting much looser, shirt sleeves tighter

I wish it was cheaper as I am starting to feel the effects kick in more than two weeks in.

there is evidence that it builds up in your system. that would mean that the effects would not dissapear when you discontinue but subside gradually

so you may still get your 4 weeks out of the product, it just starts 2 weeks into it
 
Tempted to buy this from a UK retailer.

Has anyone here used it at below 10% body fat to begin with?

I do seem to be sweating more just working so I am pretty happy about that.

I can attest to that. When I got my groin and leg sprain while sparring I rerally had to cut back somewhat on my exercise program. Doc told me to actually completely elevate my leg as much as possible and not put stress on it for two weeks. Kept my diet in check except I have this small issue with an addiction to lemonade. Switched to crystal light and that is less taxing but I drink like a half gallon a day.

And my pants actually became more loose with the spray at a lower level of working out. Took about 5 weeks. Now I am getting back in gradually to my former intensity and probably will have to get couple of new outfits.

I responded well to the original Ursobolic PA made so I knew this one would work as well. Ny body is weird like that. I respond well to herbs but pharmaceutical drugs rarely work.

I was supposed to do the tank but with work, school and travel I never was able to get around to it...

I'd say I've lost .5 - 1% bf. Maybe more my love handles are noticeably smaller along with my mid section. I probably started around 12... I'll track down some comparative pics after my test. Through pm tho they have my face in them... I'll get back to you

Thanks Valdez. I am interested in this product but it is quite pricey (around $75 dollar equivalent here) so am trying to do my due diligence.
