Actually when I was fighting to save my thinning hair I couldn't think of any advantages to being bald, since I took the plunge and shaved my head....I don't know why I waited so long, wind, rain, snow, the pool, no matter what life throws at me I always look well groomed lol. Seriously, it is the true low maintenance haircut, and yes, it provides a very vascular and permeable piece of skin to spray Patrick's wonder spray on :)
 
Recovering from surgery. Picked up some Ursolic Acid caps for when I start rehab, then I'm buying the good stuff (UR spray-2 packing it) when I am completely healthy.

u gotta start that stuff before surgery. i dont know of any sort of undesirable effects like blood clotting issues so i think its fine

studies of anti-catabolic agents show that they are a lot more effective if loaded up before the physiological stress then if started once the damage has started

Seriously? I thought there would be some type of possible interaction. I just reconstructive ankle surgery this past Friday.

Knowing that now, I'll throw in an order once the 2-pack is available again.

Till then, how should I dose the caps? Any specific protocol that I can take advantage of being out of surgery a week?

I'd go 6 caps three times per day with fats. Studies have shown that UA builds up in the system over time.

if you got caps then take them every time you have a meal and eat as many as you can stomach'

the spray is better, but if you have caps then u just gotta ram them down your throat

eat alot of protein so your protein stores are maximized. dont train hard in the days before the surgery cuz you dont wanna tax your recuperative abilities

Thanks alot, PA. I appreciate the help. I think I will be getting some joint force as well to help out.

What about macros post-surgery? I will be inactive and non-weight bearing for two weeks.

since u are inactive you wont be requiring a massive protein intake. i dont think u have to worry too much, just eat decent. And of course if you splurge u are gonna pay for it with some pudge

True, true. I'll be pounding the caps, and move onto the spray when I am active enough to reap some benefits. I'll keep you updated of the spray's effects on me.

If there was any cartilage or tendon repair it won't hurt to take some MSM and eat plenty of cruciferous veggies. My doc advised me to do this after I had my left bicep tendon rupture repair and I healed up better than new

Yup, ruptured ligaments in my ankle. Looks like I'm stocking up on some broccoli, cauliflower, and MSM!
 
My bottle just arrived last night I'll be logging it. I threw on the first coat last night and I have to say that its not what I expected. Absorption time is really non existent it rubs in immediately. Impressive. If anyone wants me to drop a link to follow let me know.

ursobolic is something different than the tabs u refer to

those tabs will be available from the site sometime next week. there will be very few. we ended up having a poor yield and most of the tabs are going to some guy in arizona

I believe I've read most if not all the research presented on the boards and blogs regarding this substance; I've seen no indications of any effects on birth control other than "decreased sperm motility" for males which might affect fertility. I think you're safe here...

Hey.. I bought the two bottle pack and think I have a question that hasn't been asked yet.

How would this stack with Abliderate Advanced? I am using AA right now and am wondering if I can use them together.

great feedback from people using it both ways

its strong anti-catabolic action makes it very good for cutting obviously, and its repartitioning action can help shift weight gain to lean tissue during bulking

I'm still on the first bud. For the first I have done application once a day. Running it once a day should get you a months worth from what I've heard/read. For my next 2 bottles I'll run it twice a day whenever possible.

It's a good one bro. I'm usually very skeptical and anti supplement but it delivers man.

I am doing 50-75 once per day along with the new UR tabs at 1-2 a few times per day... I am not sure if this is enough; I weigh about 205, more or less if that matters.
