Upper/Lower body warm up routines(injury prevention)

Hi all,

I'm looking for some 5-10 minute warm up routines.

Just before my training, warm up the muscles and joints. I'm more injury prone it seems in my 30s Hahahhaa.

I generally train..
Chest Biceps
Back Triceps
Shoulders Hamstrings
Quads Calves

Definitely interested in anything for shoulders, neck, lower back and hips.
