Updating my MAN CARD with MAN Sports PF3

Day 3
So far so good fellas!! Like I said above I woke up this morning and felt great so this is definitely good for recovery. Went out of town to see some of my family and mourn the loss of my aunt today. She had 9 children and they all have different ideas on what to do, so it was quite chaotic most of the day. Was talking to my brother who is new to training and supplementation and looking for a top notch protein. Of course I told him about PF3 ;) Got home changed, took my pre dose of PF3, the perfect way to mix it (for those of you that may of missed my response before) is to put it in a little at a time, while stirring the entire time. Mixes up perfect this way, no clumps whatsoever. I then made up two different doses in a couple of different shaker cups. Went to the gym and trained back all the while sipping on the second dose. Once again I felt strong and dare I say alpha tonight!! My strength is getting back to where it was on rack pulls and I think next time I train back I may shoot for a PR!!

Increased recovery is great to here. A lot of benefits already being reported on PF3.....
I'm loving that benefit of PF3, was a little worried since I haven't gone real heavy on back and figured I'd have a hell of a time getting out of bed this morning, but had no issues at all. I do need to pick up something for my joints as they are starting to hurt again, but there is no muscle soreness that I have noticed.
 
I never asked you, but are you using whey protein in the mix as well or are you just using PF3 and food? I heard the recovery would be awesome before everyone started logging but now since almost all of you guys have hardly to no muscle soreness, this is quite amazing! My tub is on the way so I can't wait to start running this with you guys.

No whey! Lol just PF3, and lots of chicken and fish. The PF3 actually came at a perfect time as I ran out of my whey just a few days prior and now see no need to purchase anymore whey, for the time being.

just for info I did have a lot for about a day after back workout but I thrashed it hard. wonder if it matters how much volume there is .

I'm assuming its going to be different for everyone. Did you make sure and warm up good? I find that if I don't get my warmup sets that I tend to be pretty sore the next day.

ii do some stretching even during the workout but I usually do 2 warm ups before I start. I did blast it that day , did a couple drop sets wreaked havoc on my lats . I commanded them to grow! so I paid for it. like they were pumped for two days. not to bad just made it hard to sleep comfortably .

Day 4
The next couple of "routine weeks" for everything but back will be lower weight, high reps with minimal rest between sets. Today was chest, tonight will be shoulders.
Felt great today, was sweating like crazy which makes the intra dosing nice so that I am replenishing some of the water lost throughout training.

Well it was a good day today, aside from nagging elbow pain I felt pretty damn good. Had a very productive day and got to spend some time with my family. I also went up to GNC (I know, I know), but I am looking for a part time job and there isn't much else in the area. I started talking with the guy working about PF3 and sadly he had never heard of MAN Sports. I informed him that he was missing out by only taking what his store offered, and that I am currently trying out what I think could be the next big thing in protein. Anyways I digress, after my stop off at GNC I hit the gym. Today was bis and tris. I really had to warm up good as I was pretty stiff. I grabbed a couple of 10 pound dbs and curled them for 2 minutes squeezing hard at the top each time. I then grabbed the 25s and did the same for 1 minute, at this point I felt nice and loose and the pain had pretty much subsided. I'm still dosing pre, intra, and post and really starting to go through the Candy Grape tub quickly :(

Ya I'm sure the haters will come out but I figured if I came straight out and said PF3 is giving me that alpha/younger feeling they would've questioned that as well lol I honestly think it has to be the PF3 as that is the only thing that I have changed recently and didn't feel this way before.

What? Already a week in? MAN time flies when your having fun!! So I woke up this morning and had my string of dom free days snapped. I'm a little sore today I think it's a combination of training last night and my 4 year old crawling in bed with my wife and I, and me getting pinned up to the edge of the bed lol gotta love it!! It's nothing too bad and will definitly not keep me from training today, just a little something to remind me that I did some work last night and that I'm not as young as I used to be. Didn't have a chance to hit shoulders yesterday so today will be shoulders this morning and legs this afternoon.

I was more referring to the point that HE should try products other than what GNC carried not that GNC should carry them. I completely agree they overprice their products like crazy!
 
Are you taking any normal whey post workout along with this or has the pf3 taking its place? i

Noticing any change in muscle tone by only using PF3? I know what you said you felt in your video updates; any change in appearance or weight for that matter?
 
Shoulders and legs today still pretty sore but its mainly joints. Will be getting some Joint Rehab soon and hoping that will help.
