[unsponsored] OL summer gains

Hit some chest today, felt good but was having some problems with my left shoulder area. Had some damage to it in college football that left me with a tear and a damaged long thoracic nerve causing my shoulder blade to wing. So I'm have tightness everywhere and it pissing me off. Anyway always good to push through pain and get a sick pump in the process.

Def having an increase in internal body heat, not sure what is causing it but def hotter during the day, sweating constantly, even tough temp is only in the 40s

Overall what a ****ing sweet workout, I'm hoping to hit 550 as a goal in 5 weeks, I could of hit 500 today but I was pretty worn out by the time I got to 475 and had no spot.

Going from machine rows to DB curls really blew my arms up, I was pumped for a good hour after my workout. Assuming the epi andro will start to kick in toward the end of this week/beginning of next. Good things going forward, and on workout days I will dose my 75mg trest preworkout. Split it up on non lifting days
 
Anyone every notice being on edge more, angry more...while on cycle? Never had this problem with previous cycles but this one I just notice it so much more
 
Feeling stronger and muscles harder everyday, back pumps are def kicking in which is interesting, never had a problem with back pumps on Msten at 30mg but feeling it now, anyway a great leg day! Hoping to hit 550-600 in a couple weeks

Mood swings and being upset more easily continue to increase...can control it just can tell there's a difference
 
Deload week, it was great for my lower back. I threw it out a couple months ago and it's been a long road to recovery. I'm not sure If I will deload for bench/chest, squats I will. I do a total max out the last week of the cycle.

It kicked my butt! And I was just challenged to a spartan race this summer by my older brother who is a long distance runner. I've always been the better athlete and can't let him win so I actually ran for the first time in like 6 months. 1 mile and will start building after workouts from now on. Can't lose to older brother, and my two younger brothers will be joining as well

The deload week is over. Two weeks left, LGD at 16mg, epiandro 1000mg, tr1umph at 80mg. All split into morning and afternoon dosing. I will max out on the big three the last day of the cycle. Yesterday was deadlift day

Felt good on my back to have a lighter week last week. Back pumps are starting to kick in. Not terrible but can def feel them. Will be interesting to see how I feel in the next two weeks

Only reason I put that in there is for my lower back! I don't want a repeat and be out of deadlifting for another six months

Hit a sweet bench workout today. Felt like i could put up anything
Was suppose to hit 100% max at 335 for 1 rep, ended up at 365 for 1 rep with some left in the tank, then threw on my sling shot and did 3 sets of 5 at 315, then one rep at 365,385 and failed on my 405 attempt

Down to my final week, I will be doing a mock powerlifting week one week from today. I am going out of town so I will have a full three days of rest before then, feeling great and strong . Knees starting to hurt

I got a HUGE jump at my job with 50% increase in pay. My coworker and lifelong friend received the same. We are wanting to go out and celebrate, can I have a beer or two?

Honestly i feel I need to! My body says no and my newly filled wallet says yes.....jk my pay increase doesn't start til summer but still. If it's only 2 beers I'll just skip it and get food instead:)

I just rocked tr1umph for 5 weeks. F'n great product. 40/60/80/60/60/60. Micro cycle on shoulders traps bi's. Couldn't be happier with the results. Put on about 12-14 pounds. Finished today.

I need higher doses usually, I should have ran it five weeks and bumped up to 80mg sooner
 
Good log! Any sides like sleeplessness or crunchy joints? I ran epiandro/m-stem and had that hot feeling you talked about. Sweating in th a/c. Fixing to run tr3st first time just wondering...oh and if not, did you run an AI? What was your cycle support?

I had some joint pain in my knees, hard to say if it was from the compounds or the heavy lifting, ole football knees hurt off and on. I had iron flex formabolic as my AI , didn't go super high and never really say any signs of increased estrogen, I ran OL cycle support for the whole cycle
 
Thanks. Did you run the AI during or just for PCT? I have run a few fairly "harsh" cycles but never had estro sides and only ran AI's post cycle. Some of these threads are making me worry about Trest sides. Thanks again man!

Tried but my joints started to hurt, dropped it down and worked to almost nothing the last two weeks, a small amount of bloat was my only issue and that was with 100mg trest the finally week. Running it now during pct
