unlimited monthly funds$$ for supps..what would you do?

What is the purpose of shotgunning so many supplements, especially when you haven't tried many of them previously? I did this when I first started lifting and I realized how pointless it is to run anything more than 2-3 non-essential supplements at any given time.

you may want to look into a multi-vitamin. also i dont know if you have personal expierence with sizeon but i really find most of the premade post workout creatine matrix products crap.. i find plain ol' creatine mono to be the most effective, and it has been proven to be the most effective. here's some interesting reading..Invalid Link Removed all in all these new creatines are actually worse at absorption and stability. plus the price comparision between the two is ridiculous. So i vote replace sizeon with bulk creatine mono IMO. But if sizeon worked for you in the past and you got good results, then without a doubt get it.

True that.

i agree, lots of money down the tube, but i guess if you got the money... the only downfall is with this strategy is you dont know what to contribute your gains to.

I would shift my funds to buying better foods instead of dropping a C-note on supplements.

Ok ya'll,
I'm gonna be working again soon and have plenty of time off to hit the gym and have everything perfect for dedicating myself. I'll have a gym within 20 meters of my room. And to go along with it, a really decent paycheck so I am trying to get the most growth over the next year naturally. i would like to know what you might do if you were in this situation? what would you buy as far as supplements, and when/how would you take them? I want to cover all the basics, nutrient partitioners, different proteins, creatines, NO products, joint supps, general health, pre/intra/postworkout, good fats, natty test boosters....etc. i've kinda been away, so I would like to know what is working and people are loving. I would also like to know how you would use it i.e. a certain good fat/protein combo before bed to keep off catabolism or some bcaa cocktail. I'm pretty fortunate to be in this situation, but i want to know how to maximize it. I also plan to do a log of my progress.....the perfect supplement/training journey or some crap like that. So fellas, let's here it! peace

try steak potatoes veggies, eggs tuna milk before worrying about pills and powders

Not to undermine the importance of food, its very important.

But The guy has extra cash to spend on supplements on top of buying a lot of high quality food, i think.

He said the government is paying for a lot of high quality food for free, so he has the food thing down.

also it seems that he has a lot of experience in supplements already, it seems only a few of the supplements are entirely new to him.

I'd get ALCAR and Creatine Mono, first and foremost. Then, I'd play around with one supplement from each of the following categories:

Pre-Workout
Taurine
Beta Alanine
Cordyceps Products
Citrulline Malate

Pre-Workout Energy
Geranium
RPM
Drive
Jacked!
Caffeine

Sleep Aids/Natural HGH Boosters
IGF-2
PowerFULL
Reset AD

Fat Burners
PLCAR
Leviathan Reloaded
Coleus Forskolii
DCP
Napalm
Lipoderm-Ultra
Lean Xtreme
7-Keto
Recreate
Tyrosine

Test Boosters

Divanex/Activate Xtreme
Cissus products

Other
Xtend
P-Slin
Ecdysten
Anabolic Pump
Waxy Maize Starch
X-Factor
Rhodiola Rosea
Sulbumiatine Caps
ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid caps) in conjunction w/ creatine, taurine, anabolic pump, p-slin

Any of these with, of course, your basic multivitamin, fish oil product, and egg & whey protein.

As far as food......i'll have about 20 different places within walking distance to eat and it is on the governments tab! like i said, near perfect conditions for growth!

Nice to know the gov is giving you our tax dollars to eat for free with.

Lots of Xtend!!! (Id drink it like its water if money didnt matter)
Lot of Milk Isolate Protein (20% whey 80% casein I believe?)
SizeOn
ActivateXtreme
Xfactor
Whey( spend money on good stuff)

and....

L0ts of ..
STEAK
potatos
chicken
ect
ect
great food
ect
ect

sorry that is repugnant but that is what i would natrually do. ( high dose all products)

thanks fellas for all the help, and to EatMeat, yah my company tests for steroids directly on a monthly basis at minimum! I work on a government contract in a high threat environment and they do not want guys going on "roid rage" as they say! hahaha. So you know how the government is and media with overhyping things, but it is just the way it is. Plus, i just want permanent gains and want to see how far I can take my body naturally with the kitchen sink supp stack!
you work for blackwater or something?

if funds were not an issue, try this:
12 Drive per day
20 IGF-2 per day
8 Neovar per day
4 Bio-Mend (Anti-Oxidant)
10 Omega Essentials (Fish Oil)

lotta capsules, but the results are on par with a prohormone cycle.....
wow that is a pretty big claim....

why no RPM?

if funds are no issue what about cosmetic surgery -pec implants, liposuction around the waist , silican filled biceps -the skys the limit.just joking -

you carnt beat damn good hard work!

i think its funny how everyone is reccommending the deals and cheap bulk powders when the guy said $$$ is unlimited.
I don't know; sometimes I don't think the more expensive products really do that much more in the end. And funds are truly unlimited; if he saves $20-50 bucks, he can treat himself to some other things.

Also like it has been pointed out, he's spending a bunch on supps because he has basically unlimited food (and various choices too!). You're in a great position; even with all these supplements though remember than training is of utmost importance. Spend a fair bit of time researching different training protocols, get familiar with them, and choose one that you feel will work well for you. All these supplements will not do much if you're in a rut. Train hard and good luck :head:

Ubiyca, it's called working in a war zone and having your life threatened daily when going outside the fence! And I pay probably 6 or 7 times the amount of taxes the average American pays. so basically i pay for myself to eat, it's really not free and not to mention my life is on the line daily, is yours? Merry Christmas, or are you a liberal and that offends you for me to say that?

I know DC training and principals were the best results I have ever got in a short time period, but I have major tendon issues which will not allow me to push that weight. I discovered I have tendonosis, not tendinitis as most people think they have. If you guys have tendon issues look up the difference, it is major. If I ever take more than 2 weeks off my joints are worse off, not better. Tendinitis is inflammation, tendonosis is a totally different approach to recovery. just FYI

I really wouldn't consider this shotgunning as every product on here has gotten good reviews. I put a lot of thought into everything. And believe me I have all of the food covered. I also have been training for 15 years as well dedicated so I know a thing or 2 about that. I just have always wanted to do a stack to see how it would compare to the real stuff if everything was right, and to keep all gains. This is my opportunity to do that which I find a very fortunate situation.

just eat lots of food.... but if you need a shake i would just buy 2 kwik karbs, bulk creatine mono, 10lb scivation whey. to make it 2 scoops whey, 2 scoops kwik, 5 grams creatine, all mixed with milk, maybe throw a banana and peanut butter in and your good to go. by doing it this way you save a considerable amount of money and it will last you a long time

I will be throwing down around 4k or more of calories a day, and have plenty of food sources, so no concern there. Just wanna try and see if I can make near prohormone gains without sides, feel good the whole time, permanent growth, and just see where I can take my body naturally without any gear. This is an opportunity that few have, and I won't always have so I want to take advantage of it.

You can pig out all you want -youll grow alright adding fat not muscle, Go to places that offer high calorie food and buy the same from your supermarket.

I think what you ought to be doing is instead of asking for advice on here , is to buy a book on nutrition in particular in relation to body building.

You should try to eat " clean " through out and aim for slow growth , adding good quality muscle to your frame

On choosing supplements , you should buy only those with a good track record and dont get caught in the trap of falling for all the hyPE
Your training should be challenging and varied

You also need plenty of rest .

Having a bottomless pit of money to spend on supplements will not get you the body you require unless you have covered the basics first

judging by your posts getsum

chowhall food sucks man lol

where you stationed at right now? Its nice to eat all you want. but the food is just poor. Im not sure of the chowhalls there

but god after eating in one for a yr in korea ive never been so burned out on dry chicken breast brocc and rice lol

what branch?

Corsaking it's not like 4k is excessive for daily food consumption on a bulking diet for a 205 lb person. It's about 500 more than I usually consume, and the additional calories will be coming from mainly protein sources. Maybe for your 165lb body it is, but not for me buddy. Did I ever say I would be pigging out...eating junk food? Before you make any smug comments you should read the whole post. I've been training for 16 years buddy, and have tried just about every type of training style there is. Yah I could pick up a bodybuilding book and probably learn a few things or two, maybe even from a kid like yourself who obviously knows it all. But I am here to learn from everyone, which even though I know a lot, I don't know everything....not nearly as much as you must with all your infinite wisdom. Thanks kid for your .00002 cents worth, i'll take your advice.

Hey Outside Backer, I'm a former Marine but no longer active, just doing some government support work over here bro. And chow hall food is a lot better than it was when I was active, much more variety. You can eat bad if you want but you can always find something decent. It's not mom's home cooking, but it's alright!

gee i wonder who he works for..
I own the company- so I guess I am a little biased :)

But any of our products will get you great results- we have a lot more control over what goes into them compared to most companies b/c we do everything in-house.....

Getsum PM me I will be in your AO soon. And like he said chow hall food there is awesome sometimes better than back here.

wow that is a pretty big claim....

why no RPM?
you can put RPM in there as well- it will stack in just fine- and yes, I know that is a pretty big claim- but most people on this board have never tried super high-dose chlorophytum :D

This is one of the reasons why IGF-2 works so well- yet is so under-rated :)

he said he's civilian, contracted killer it sounds like lol. One of those Blackwater gigs i think, so he would be in the middle east.

i obviously touched a nerve= a lot of people would like to be in your position not me i hasten to add -unlimited amount of cash to spend on supplements, unlimited food no food bill to worry about .Your in a very lucky position

you did by recommending a book and not me to come on this board asking for advice, which is what it is for. However, I will admit I went overboard a little in defending myself. so therefor, peace!

So instead of going too overboard on products, every product I have chosen has a different role. I decided to drop Drive for now, and just stick to DTH as test support.

creatine: SizeON
protein: All the whey cinnabun and Elite 12 hour fudge brownie
joint supp: Osteo sport
fats: EFA stack at Nutra(fish, cla, sesamin) natty PB b4 bed
Nutrient Part: LG's Slin + bulk P Slin at mealtime only
NO product: White Flood
intra workout: kwik carb, LG BCAA/EAA, SizeON, Beta Alanine, extra leucine
GH/sleep aid: Somnidren
Test booster: Diesel Test Hardcore
anti-cort: lean extreme
pre-workout: Jacked + cordygen 5 on leg days
others: Bev. Intl. Liver pills 24/day , Poseiden

I am going to do this in about a month or so. Right now I will do only the high dosed bev. Intl. liver pills as I have tried it in the past with extremely good results but had to cut it short while I was in Assghanistan and got really ill. I am going to slowly build up so I can take 24/36 pills a day without any GI issues. I am also adding in leucine 5-7 grams to produce the anabolic signal as for what some studies have shown.

So long as you're eliminating the kitchen sink mentality, get rid of Osteo-Sport, unless your joints are really horrible. I got away with 30 or less grams of fat daily during football season, still lifting, and had pretty bad knees, and my joints never felt dry or progress-inhibiting in any way.

And I do think Activate Xtreme would serve you much better than DTH.

Activate Xtreme vs. Diesel Test Hardcore
take a look at that post might be useful for you

I NEED the osteosport for sure, really bad joints! I have tendonosis, which is ongoing and takes a long time to repair. I am using DTH in place of Activate Extreme as I have just gone through 2 bottles, so time for a little change. thanks for the input though.

looks like you have everything covered. how about getting some digestive bacteria like acidiophilus or however you spell it. Oh! and a multivitamin, or are you already taking that?

yah i got the multi already, and some fiber and acidophillus to boot for digestion. thanks for looking out though.
