Would like to Thank the ANS reps for allowing the opportunity to use and log their Fat Burner Diablo. I have an extended outlook on them as I have used several different formulas and brands and will be giving only HONEST feedback. That being said Let the Games Begin!

Quick Overlook at Diablo (not an all inclusive list just what stood out to me)

  • Thermogenic Fat Burner with multiple applications
  • Quick Diablo Facts:
  • Supposed to offer a “Thermo” effect oyu can feel
  • Spare Glycogen and optimize fat usage
  • Supposed to carry best taste award
  • Supposed to increase energy and motivation
Ingredients include: just a quick overlook nothing in depth, could be wrong on some but "just what I gathered"
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, Choline Bitartrate, Green Coffee Bean(Seen often), Adilase, Caffene, Olive Leaf, 6AM (extrate from grains of paradise. Helps with using brown fat stores for energy), Evodia Rutacarpa (assists adrenal function, energy levels and appetite suppression), PEA (supports mood and focus), Hordenine (CNS stimulant and assists fat loss by slowing down digestion/fuller feeling)

Will be using PRIME, and the new formula ERASE Pro. Curious to how this stuff runs and hopefully will see some awesome results. Currently running Prime at 6 caps daily and 1 cap daily for EP

Training Style: I usually do some form of activity everyday of the week as i am able bodied and choose to keep myself busy this way. Usually hitting each body group heavy and then combo days with light weight and much more volume. I am a Heavy volume individual and have seen the best results from it. Goal is to continue leaning out and hopefully hitting 10%Bf within the next few months. Love random videos and pics, but work comes first as some days I get home ubber late.

Nutrition: Wont be the best as I will eat anything free brought to the clinic (Patients bring food all the time) and depending on road travel (Sometimes a burger and fries is just my meal ticket lol) That being said I dont eat much fast food outside of Chik Fil A, Chipotle, and Barbecue places. I feel safe around these choices and keep their meal nutrition guides posted on my wall as a reference when its crunch time on the Macros.

Daily Cals for fat loss: 3450
Protein: 345g
Carbs: 293g
Fat: 100g

This is what I have been working with for the past month and as far as recomp goes I think it is doing wonders. Nothing crazy but I am known to drop 4-5 lbs randomly as well as gain but Im not worried as thats what circumference measurements are for. Largest goal now is adding strength and endurance to my core. Throughout my latest endeavors with the big CP lifts my core (abs and hipflexors in general) are insanely sore. Like breathing is even rough. Lower back, glutes, and hamstrings may get tight but never sore like my abs. Just too little attention on them like my calves I guess.

Overall always looking for tips, direction, and if Im slipping up get my ASS straight. As I fully intend to advance myself into a career path in Exercise Science I have to hold myself at a higher regard to be a mentor and model at all times. Not because I want to but because I have to in order to become more successful then yesterday. End Rant lol

LEGGO!!!!

Day 1:

Started the day off with Joint Support (2 caps), Erase Pro (1cap), 3 Prime. Tossed in one scoop of Diablo in 10oz of water and knocked it back.

Initial Ideas:
Taste: Holy Macaroni its dang good. Has to be in my top 5 of all powered supplements. It isnt quite the Lemon Lime of Gatorade but something you expect if your used to performance drinks in general. No aftertaste and no grit. Thats HUGE and 10oz of water is almost my minimum in the morning as I have to get started early to finish my gallon before 1pm. I drink constantly and this was just refreshing and great. Hats off here.

Thermo: None ATM but the day was young.

Energy: Very smooth in this category. Honestly got alot of things done and my focus was exceptional just doing the freaking dishes, THE DISHES I tell ya.

Liking the taste of Diablo has got to be a given by now:)
Seriously, its an original taste as there isnt a dang this else to compare it to in a lemon lime category IMO. Def a winner and will become the choice we compare any copycats to lol

Did alot more than I thought I had done actually, man the volume got away from me but the Sweat I worked up was great as I keep the rest time strict with few interruptions within this session.

160x15
175x15

x30secs/10
x30secs/10

Missed it up a little bit but overall this day was a huge success. Man the sweat was actually dripping off my nose and I had a great glow and the usual embarassing sweat lines working against me lol. 2 scoops of Diablo is my fav to utulize PWO and especially on leg day.

We all by now have used a PWO that gets our heart racing, temp up, and leads us to take longer than normal breaks to feel like we have control once again but today that was NOT the issue. i was able to feel every rep, when my HR got up it was because I literally was pushing it to the limit not because I was stimmed out. The constant flow of energy.....been waiting all run to feel it but dang was it good. extremely solid and my focus was on point knowing that my only goal was to Squat until I made others sick! Best Leg Day PWO I have simply because I can add the pump if needed and the energy is 2nd to none.

So today I watched a Damn CT Fletcher vid and figured Id try 100 reps on the BP lol.

WmUp:
7mins stretchinng and band work

Bb Bench: Honestly didnt think I could start do more but the weight just wasnt fatiguing me at all. Bumped up to 225 to finish and even then only the last 15 hurt
135x10
135x10
135x10
225x10x7sets

Incline Db:
65x12
70x12
75x12
80x12

Dips: Bw
x12
x12
x15
x15

Cable Flys: heavy squeeze focus w/ 10sec squeeze when done
25x15
30x15
35x15
35x15

Diamond Pushups:
x20
x20
x20

Ran outta time but bench took awhile and knocked me back before work. Glad I finished the Tower of 100reps on Bb, cant say I will try it again for awhile.

Took one scoop of Diablo PWO with 3 Prime and it was honestly a good session. Sweat turned up after my 6th set on bench but wasnt anything compared to my leg day. Took 2 scoops that AM while at work and was able to make it through the morning okish.

I say okish because after leg days I EAT, and with running PRIME appetite suppression or not your gutz growl after just leaving the break-room. It was to be expected and I keep snacking most of the day (Bag of Carrots and almonds) so I didnt do any harm and even had a Protein shake 2 hrs before hitting the gym. Leg days if done intensely will still keep you on the prowl for food.

Sweats rolling so hrd tht it looked like something ws wrond with me, but 6 reps ech leg relly takes it out of me and takes even longer each rep. Seriously seeing how this can help my overall muscular strength and appearance as my posterior chain is completely on fire. but it doesnt stop there

4 laps total

Glute Bridges: 45s on my lap

Wanted a quick one and this was all the touchup I wanted on my chest, didnt use Diablo PWO on Friday and it did make a diff. Makes me wish I had some Ritual to compare it to as the energy it provides is just right. Not overwhelming that you "Feel" jacked up but its enough to pick ya up and ensure you get moving.

Walking Lunges: Bw, around the track

First 10mins: 30sec sprint 20sec jog, 10min slow cycle
2nd 10mins: 30sec sprint, 30sec jog

Cardio at the end really helped me get my legs back under me after them being so tight for days. Walking lunges sucked but were needed to beat out some soreness. Hit a shake and ended up doing some cardio boxing downstairs (aka hit the fat man) was a good time and the sweat job stayed continuous throughout my workout. It even picked up a bit to the point ya get those drops off your nose during my session. Actually ended up feeling "fresher" as it was more of a release for my body than anything. Sad to see this run coming to an end.

Holy Chest Day!!!!

Everynow and again I walk into the gym to find a challenger awaiting me, I glady accept as usual. Kid started off extremely small and shy, has really come into his own as of late and wanted to join me 2day so I didnt mind.

crazy azz tricep nonesense: Kid saw a Mike O Hern Vid and wanted to try them out, im always down for somethuing new. Arms extended out like the end of a press rep and the elbows collaspe outward and the Dbs touch to the chest. Awkward position to be put in and adds alot of strain to the elbow IMO but finished em out

Was quite the Beastmode session and am glad he stuck with it. Asking ?s and offering in ideas here and there is the only way to learn and I loved tht fct.

I used my last 2 scoops of this to see how I would fare and the sick butterfly sweat print on my chest and back def. allow me to know that theres more than a Gradual Thermo effect but it doesn't seem to hit me as a "hot:" sensation. Which to me is appropriate as your focus is applied to the task at hand.

review time it is!

Had the awesome opp. to log this product and I was extremely pleased with my outcome and run with it. I managed to lose 4lbs which doesn't sound like much but after steady losing for over 8 months its something. BF% rechecked and sitting at 13.8% from 14.2% so things are looking up. Used in combo with PRIME and Erase Pro.

Taste: 5/5 Freaking Awesome!!! Hands down the most original and enjoyable thing since Kool-Aid!

Energy: 5/5 I dont need to be cracked out to know its working. The enrgy is smooth and it allows you to perk up any situation. At 2 scoops it makes a great PWO dose.

Mood/Focus: 5/5 Really dials ya in. You become focused on the task at hand and I cannot have a neg mindset after using.

Thermo: 4/5 Really didnt notice as great of a feel from this as i have from others. That being said Body Temp. def rises but you stay in that zone longer than usual and results in more bang for your workout.

Appetite Suppression: 3/5 My only true grey area as with using PRIME it helps increase my appetite. I EAT but I will say that my insatiable need to devour was decreased in frequency but this couldn't lead to binge eating when whole foods are present. Takes alot of restraint (or just be broke)

Overall: Really liked the product as It does exactly what it claimed. Constantly told that I was looking leaner and the energy it provides is a great way to start the day. It something that is definitely worth trying for a full run and stacks well with many different supps out there already.
