Just curious if any one else takes these ? And if so what’s others opinions on them ? I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect but I swear it noticed a huge different in strength and even in the mirror from when I’m on them and not.
 
Haven't heard much on this product so in to see who has..
 
I take four a day. Love Uni liver and any liver is great for you. Plenty of guys take a lot more than that to get in more EAA's through the day and keep a positive nitrogen balance and protein synthesis going.
 
Ah, ok. I went up to 16 tabs. Was not bad, but could not justify the price tag.

I also think there might be better dessicated liver options out there after checking the reviews and message boards

I used to do this. I found these being hard to digest after a while, so I had to break them up before taking them. After a while I just starting getting nauseous from the smell and was taking so many of them. I made it a month or so.

Believe it or not I chew mine a bit to ensure they digest. Yeah it's not the most pleasant thing but it works.
 
I used this years ago. It didn’t add much for me. I liked the amino and vitamin concept in it.
