Took two Uncut + L-Carnitine
Felt nauseous within fifteen minutes of taking pills. But this is most likely because I was hungry. Took a glass of mango juice and it settled my stomach. So I would suggest if you have a sensitive stomach, have something to eat first before taking Uncut.
Ok - So this is my third day on UNCUT. So far, so good. Did legs today which is usually a tough workout for me due to old knee injury. Was able to complete Four sets of 12 reps, squats at 400 lbs. I don't have strong legs but I was able to push myself more. Did leg extensions, 4 sets, 12 reps, 190 lbs. Finished with 30 minutes walk on incline. Not bad for an evening workout. This was a brief 1 hour work out, but very productive knowing how legs are the bane of my workouts.
Focus was really good today more than anything else. Pump was good but limited myself due to knee issues.
I also decided to look a bit more into the ingredients that make up Uncut. I am impressed! If it weren't for the stims such as caffein, Yohimbine, and Rauwolscine, on its own Uncut is probably a great antioxidant, brain health and mood/mind enhancing supplement.
Take a look at this profile. I did not list all of them or the entire benefits and I excluded the stims:
N-acetyl cysteine - Used to treat lung disorders, reduction of cholesterol, preventing alcoholic liver damage, and more.
Amentoflavone - Antimalarial, anti-inflammatory,memory and mood enhancer.
Chlorogenic acid - Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, weight loss.
Naringin - Antioxident, anticancer etc, "may have potential chemotherapeutic".
Higenamine - "improved vasodilation and erectile function"
Huperzine - "used for Alzheimer's disease, memory and learning enhancement, and age-related memory impairment"
So you guys at AppNut, really put something that has potential health benefits if taken in moderation. The stims probably will require you cycle off it. But there are other potential side benefits while taking Uncut.
