Yea. They never just stop at the end of a foot chase and say. You got me. Hence my broken hand. Which by the way isn't healing properly and I still don't have feeling in it. Doc said I may need to start looking into new options.

My doctor killed my soul today as well...Had a doctors appt this morning early. It didn't go as well as I hoped and it took a lot of wind out of my sail. I went ahead and went to the gym and had no drive. I did a few sets of bis and tris and that was it. Heads in the wrong place and motivation is low. I have a full day of classes ahead of me now. Tomorrow I'll change my attitude and kill some squats and chest.

No work out yesterday and today was a light day yet again. Issues with my hand kept me grounded. Plus haven't been feeling it lately. I plan on a killer workout tomorrow. Gonna start the new year off right.

So today I had a really good workout. I'm going back to focusing my lifts on one or two parts a day. I am really enjoying some of this whole body stuff but I'm starting to notice a loss of definition in just a couple weeks. My abs aren't as visible as before even though I feel as though my love handles are slimming down. I have been neglecting my ab routines since I'm pretty drained at the end of my lifts. So my plan now is to do two muscle groups and hit abs atleast 3x a week and I'm also incorporating cardio. I was planning on a bulking cycle In the next few weeks but I think I'm changing my mind again. I think I'm going to try the new OL bloodshred and run some natty supps to kind of go for a fat loss lean muscle gain stack. I was thinking of running Hercules and Epicurus or just run a whole OL stack and do strength unleashed. What do you guys think?
Oh yea. My numbers. I'm just winging it right now with my lifts with no real goal. I have a really good routine laying around I'm gonna find and I'll start doing it tomorrow. Very similar to what lifted does. It's a higher volume routine with a lot of stupid super sets. Sorry lifted. Lol.
