Buddy busted his ankle same way, tackled some **** after they both jumped a fence.

I was up most of the night with one of the kids. I'm draggin today. Today is a moderate squat day with shoulders and deads. But i think I am going to skip deads and just do shoulders and squats. That way I'll have a full day of deads tomorrow. We'll see how how my lift progresses

I've done this before with out issues. First week or two will suck but after that it's a gain train. Before I even started cycling I was squatting every day with and deadlift every other day.

Thanks. I'm getting more comfortable with these shoes. My squats were fast to. My rest time was 45 seconds. After my first 315 set. I was freaking covered in sweat. They were good lifts. I didn't put my warm ups in.
 
Great shirt, I split a sleeve on a work button down a few weeks ago, it was great!
 
Crappy workout today. Just went to go. I've had a lot going on lately and honestly my mental state is jacked up. Lot of things stressing me out. I get relief at the gym but I find myself just sitting with my headphones shutting everyone out. Hit a post surgery pr today.

Had a doctors appt this morning early. It didn't go as well as I hoped and it took a lot of wind out of my sail. I went ahead and went to the gym and had no drive. I did a few sets of bis and tris and that was it. Heads in the wrong place and motivation is low. I have a full day of classes ahead of me now. Tomorrow I'll change my attitude and kill some squats and chest.
 
I am not noticing much change due to the invictus. Sleep is the same and appetite is the same. I am however losing weight. I think I am already trimming down some love handles. So that's a plus. The only negative so far is the smell. I'm not a fan of it. So far everything is going swimmingly.

Feeling much better today. Got my invictus on and my mind made up to do some squats and mad chest pumps.

I ain't quittin shi*. things have just been off. I'm planning my next cycle and right now I'm just trying to maintain. I am 80% leaning towards a bulk cycle but I want to keep it pretty lean. Like 10-15 lbs in two months. Then I'm going to run a legit cut cycle beginning of the year.

I should probably post something about invictus. I am really growing accustomed to the scent. Before it was unpleasant to me. Now I don't notice after a while. I am dosing after my workout most days. .5 ml on each inner thigh. Upper body is getting the androcrine. I know recommended dose is .5 twice a day but for my schedule I dose all at once. I am noticing that I am gaining some definition and my stomach is getting a little tighter. So heck yea!
 
Had a great workout today. Did banded squats. Took me forever to get the band the right length and setup. But I used a purple band and it nearly killed me. 315 was a biznitch.

So today I had a really good workout. I'm going back to focusing my lifts on one or two parts a day. I am really enjoying some of this whole body stuff but I'm starting to notice a loss of definition in just a couple weeks. My abs aren't as visible as before even though I feel as though my love handles are slimming down. I have been neglecting my ab routines since I'm pretty drained at the end of my lifts. So my plan now is to do two muscle groups and hit abs atleast 3x a week and I'm also incorporating cardio. I was planning on a bulking cycle In the next few weeks but I think I'm changing my mind again. I think I'm going to try the new OL bloodshred and run some natty supps to kind of go for a fat loss lean muscle gain stack. I was thinking of running Hercules and Epicurus or just run a whole OL stack and do strength unleashed. What do you guys think?

Oh yea. My numbers. I'm just winging it right now with my lifts with no real goal. I have a really good routine laying around I'm gonna find and I'll start doing it tomorrow. Very similar to what lifted does. It's a higher volume routine with a lot of stupid super sets. Sorry lifted. Lol.

Been absent for a couple days and didn't lift Tuesday or Wednesday which sucked. A lot of stuff getting in the way. School, home life and what not. But I did get in today and had an amazing back workout. Great pump and then finished off with a ten minute ab circuit. Im still exhausted and it's been like 5 hrs since I left the gym.
