Okay bottle of Ultradrol finally camee it and im excited to start my first ever log!
ive read nothing but good things about this stuff.

*Note* I did get noticeable gyno 2 days on my 2nd bottle of beastdrol. so i do get gyno.
so if anyone was wondering if you'll start to develope gyno off this shizz, i can let you know.
prob due to the fact i already produce so much at this age. i do take extreme-estane which
devours that **** and i love it.

365 Squat x'2 ( Bad knees )**thats why my bench is stronger, i dont look funny i promise**
405 Rack Deadlifts x 6

My goals right now is to get my bench back up to 405, i am a chest maniac.
405 Squat, ass down face up, no P*ssy shizz in my gym.
405x8-10 on the rack.

I lift 6 outta 7 days aweek, i work at a GYM and should be working at a GNC pretty soon
im looking to do a lean bulk, 4-5 days of 20-30 mins HIT cardio.
3000 cal diet most likely. I will be consuming it with food.

loved it, just needed something different and from the reviews ive been following with ultradrol
i just had to jump on the band wagon and give it atry!
 
I dot support use of ph/ps at tour age, only because I ran them at that age and messed myself up. But I am along to follow.

At work now, prepped my food to eat at start of my shift and towards end of my shift, but forgot it... So going off 2x weight gainer shakes, luckily I had my powder on my bag, so drinking about 750 cals 50g at start and middle of my 4 hour shift. Then it's off to blast some chesticles!

I feel you man, I end up typing the craziest **** to people on my iPhone, I wanna take of spellcheck but at the same time, I can't spell for ****, so it helps occasionally.

didnt have much to eat before i worked out, just 2 shakes throughout work, which usually upsets my stomach.

note i am coming off a food poisoning from undercooked chicken (blah) was outta the gym for 7 days. lost 7 lbs and alot of energy, so im sure ill quickly get it back

My triceps were definately pumpin like never before on the decline, idk if its from the Ultradrol or what but evan likeys.

my sickness and getting my strength back, so you'll see these #'s change if you keep following.

Definately felt a nice back pump today, i am doing 12/16/16/16 cycle

Arm workout, felt awesome... i rarely ever wear a cut-off due to the fact i hate loookin in mirriors because you always see yourself and to you, you look like ****, but other people stare and want what you have... but im definately wearing a cut-off every arm day..

The pump was awesome, definately saw a new me when you look in the mirror from a distance.

Day 3 186-188 +2lbs so far.
the most i have ever seen myself was at 190-192. pushing for 198-200 this cycle

Rack deadlifted 405x7 which is a new PR for me! I'm going to weigh myself tomorow along with seeing if I have a new squat PR! I'm only on like day 8

Thanks man, yeah I was 184 when I benched 405 at 18. I started lifting since I was 12 but at that age I literally prob did cheat every other day for 2 years till I learned a few more things. I think that's why. Definitely Pushing for a full body strength instead of just tit strength! Much appreciated!

Hit shoulders yesterday, went well!! Got 90lb dumbells on 90 degree bench presses for 6. Strength is definitely shooting back up to where I once was. My bench went from 315x4 to 315x7 I once had it up to 315x12, so hopefully I can meet that mark. My dead lifts went from 405x3 to 405x7. Have yet to squat ill do tat tomorrow and hopefully it's past 365! Today I hit arms, new PR on barbell curls got 115x8, dunno if it's from the ultradrol or from the new 208 dollar dre beats headphones I bought :p veins were poppin out and I was lookin swole ever!! Lil update on main lifts to see progression going on 2 weeks now.
 
those are some solid lifts and some nice progression bro! Im almost scared to see where UD takes me on my future cycle strength wise with how well Im progressing right now as it is!!! dont want to get injured lifting too heavy too fast but at least I am working with a solid base right now.

Lookin forward to see where you end at, hopefully you can meet all your goals (over 1200 combined oly lifts it was right?)

Work till 6 then hittin heavy chest to see where my gains are!! I'll be sure to hit some barbell flat bench and incline forsureeee!!! Feelin at least 365x2 on flat! Post my workout tonight when
I get back!! I'd post my weight but, scales scare me... So haven't stepped in it since the 1st couple days runnin this shiz!!

Been off for awhile, it was pretty legit ****. No gyno or side pains. Pulled 405x4 off ground. Never went past 365. Got my bench back up to 405. I weighed 193 which was a new PR for me! Squat
Stayed same but it has been
Same for past year. Good stuff, cheap, I'd buy again.
