How do they not know that months in advance that they’re running low on cash?

I feel awful for those workers, but the supplement industry is way over-saturated though. A lot more companies need to hang it up

This is local for me, and its incredibly sad (and meaningful) news.

Ultimate Nutrition has been around for decades, and had an excellent reputation for quality. To see them go out of business is sad. They were one of the good guys in the industry...

True, clearly the owner is a scumbag for doing this to his employees. Towards the end of the article it says some of the employees had reached out to the FBI, hopefully something comes of that.
 
I remember them have financial difficulties a few years ago and they were filing
Chapter Eleven then I saw they were one of the big sponsors of the Olympia :confused:
How do you file Chapter Eleven then remain as one of the big Olympia sponsors.
 
UN was selling products for really low prices. You really can’t wage price war and expect to win when everyone is innovating. This had to happen.

Probably from their last batches of supplements they put out. I don't think companies gone
are gonna be making any comebacks ESPECIALLY with the crazy pricing on a lot of bulk products
such as protein has really been going up lately.:(
