So no steroids or ph. I have increased my cal intake a little but its really hard since i am a full time student and dont really have much time to eat. So i need something to help me out a little, And ive tried weight gainers but its just too $$$ to keep on taking consecutively. What else is out there that i can take?

Your food intake is the most important thing when coming to putting on size. I trained as a wrestler for years and it was our job to be strong. But I was never taught how to put on size. Well after some research and help from guys on here and some other pages I found out that food is your best source of help. If you are a hard gainer well you are going to need some help from suppliements. But dont start there. Get some good protein to start like optimum nutrition 100% whey. And a good multi-vit. Optimum has a good one for that also. One last thing is water intake has to be more then you think. It makes a big difference on how fast you will recover in the gym.

Keep hitting the gym hard.

What is your size right now and height? I would like to knwo your intake of protein , cal, fat, water, and carbs, and see if you are intaking enough.

i am 5'10 and 160 lbs
as stupid as it sounds i really dont know, dont really track my intake but its around 3500 im guessing but it could be less. I just dont have the time to write down it down and calculate it. Which is part of my problem but i just have no way to do it.

well take 5 minutes our of your day to do it. it will help. and it is a building block as to what you need to increase or decrease. I am a full time student as well as other things and I still find time to do it when I need to.

if ya have to eat in class, nobody is gonna care... i do it all the time and i always just tell myself "how bad do u want it (muscle)" and i just go about and eat or drink a shake. if ya wanna grow then youll do whatever is necessary to do it even if it means going to the bathroom to scarf something down then do it. when they see u growing theyll understand... good luck

for sure. 5-10 lbs a month is pretty easy for me with just food food food, sleep and hard ass training. give it a try :D (I do use natural test boosters frequently too)

They just answered you man...It's called food.

^^^ You can ALWAYS have time to get in more food. Damn, even full-time students (WITH part-time jobs) or working 80-hours a week, ON TOP OF TRAINING can find time to eat, even if it's shoveling something down in 5 minutes.

As for other help gaining mass, train RIGHT for it in the gym and you should be fine (mostly in the diet though!!!) Train SMART.

so then you must eat more. Its not a hard thing, write it into your schedule somewhere to eat. Why should we recommend you supplements and other things if you cant even get a proper bulking diet?

:goodpost: but you could always try something like sizeon, maybe x-factor. but even with these supps you will not gain weight without enough food.

I'm sorry, I didn't have time to read all answers, but I'd give my input anyways as far as eating goes.

I just asked about beef jerky in the nutrition part of the board, and I was suggested to buy a dehydrator. GOD I LOVE THIS THING. Best purchase of the year.

So I'd like to suggest the same to you right now. Amazon has a pretty cheap one, around the 40's, that way you can create a good amount of beef jerky for very low price, and you can always carry a little sandwich ziplock to class and munch on it in between classes and so.

And if you want to have some carb with it you can easily do it do, get some wheathins and crush them, mix it with ground beef before you make the jerky and bam, you have protein and carbs for snacks!

Might be worth the try for you.

Good luck.
