I've thought this through a few separate times and have a few supplement favorites, but always come back to there must be a way to hit several pathways at once. Hormonal, Muscle Protein Synthesis, mTor, nitric oxide, myostatin, etc. There's obviously a lot of bro science here too.
Then looking at fat loss kind of the same thing.
How do you all look at stacking supplements? Just keep adding more things or look at specific pathways to make sure you're hitting different ones and not the same one every time?
