Ok, thanks for the feedback. Should I dose separate from my Viron/Rebirth dose? And if so, can I take it with my Letrone dose?

Start with 1 to 2 caps per day and you can work up to 3 caps max.

You can take all of them together. No issues.
I would just do 1 AM dose of everything and 1 PM dose of everything.
Except the Follidrone 2 of course which you want 2 pre workout and 1 other dose per day or 1 x 3 times daily on non training days.
