You'll want to take 250 mg of a supplement that contains at least 10% forskolin, twice daily. That is the typical efficacious dose in studies.
As for timing, forskolin increases cAMP and lipolysis, so I like to take at least one dose pre-workout in the attempt to increase fat metabolism. Another popular time to dose is pre-bed.
Better be close to a toilet at all times if you are going to run forskolin at 20% and below! The higher % forskolin can eliminate the problem and you take less of it ; )
