What exactly does a suicidal inhibitor do. I know it binds to the aromatase enzyme irreversibly, but when you go off of it, does it just effect the enzymes it has already bound to. Because like proteins, which enzymes are essentially, they can be made again and again. So after stoppage of the ai will new aromatase produced be stopped? Sorry for the wording of this exams do this to you.
